The eastern states will host some enticing racing for punters tonight. Wentworth Park will welcome some talented youngsters in tonight's $10,000 maiden series heats, with boom youngster Nymeria on debut, after clocking 29.50 at Dapto in a performance trial a week and a half ago.
Victoria's one-turn circuit Shepparton is also featured, along with Queensland's premier track Albion Park. There is plenty of value around tonight for punter's, who may need to boost their balance after yesterday's boxing bout.

Race 7: Fast Noodle
He has been racing very well of late without winning and he is overdue for a change of luck. Two starts back he challenged the speedy Barnes Bay for the entire trip before going down by less than two lengths in very fast time. This race lacks depth and with an ounce of luck early he will be winning. Place the bet at William Hill
Best Roughie at Shepparton
Race 10: Blue Lavros
She has not won for a while and she has been sparingly raced of late, however she does possess a lot of talent and she looks suited in this company. She should be around the $10 mark and if she can avoid the three in the early stages she should be able to rail up underneath them and then dash away mid race.

Race 7: Winsome Prince
He is clearly a lot better than his recent form indicates and if given a clear passage early I think he can roll the favourite Spacecraft. If both were given a clear run I have no doubts he would beat the favourite but under race conditions the favourite is a little more reliable early. Winsome Prince is likely to start around the $4.50 mark and that is great odds for a chaser of his talent.
Best quinella at Albion Park
Race 9: Box: 2,6,7
Spookie's Gift and Stella Nights will be the two well fancied chasers and I think one of them will finish in the top two for sure, however I think Prince Frederick can add some value to the quinella. He has the speed to lead and he should be in the mix for a long way.
