Laffin Scores A Virginia Coursing Double

Another small nomination day, but some very good field racing on display with a double to Shaun Laffin when Bad Ragaz and Sparrow Baz took out their respective stakes. Union Rules took out the Mixed Novice/One Stake with the scratching of Royal Ryles through injury.

Emerley Drifter won for the Hurley camp and Jane McNicholl returned to the winner’s list when No Dish Unlicked defeated Wendy’s Bandit. Ramu Valley saluted the judge for Ken Gill in the final event.

Owners and trainers are reminded of our meeting on 19 July – the Macro Meats Race Day when all prizemoney will be doubled and Kangaroo products will be utilized for the BBQ.

The Club is grateful to Macro Meats for their support and we hope that owners/trainers also show their support for this generous sponsorship. Nominations close with GRSA on Wednesday 15 July at 9 am.
