2017 Group 2 Queensland Futurity free tips and odds comparison
THE best young bitches in the Sunshine State will line up at Albion Park this Thursday night for the running of the Group 2 Bogie Leigh Queensland Futurity.
The race is named after one of the best the sport has seen, Bogie Leigh, who won the race in 2003 for leading Queensland mentor Tony Brett.
The race was first run at the Gabba back in 1973 when taken out by Little Coleen and since that time it has been won by some brilliant female greyhounds such as Winged Runner, Bogie Leigh and Queen Lauryn.
In 2017, another bitch will be aiming to add her name to the honour roll, with the favourite with most online bookmakers being Joyce Rumble which will contest the event from box seven.

The Group 2 Queensland Futurity is race seven on the card and is set to jump at 8.46pm.
JOYCE Rumble (7) is lightly raced, but is hard to fault on most recent form. Thus far she has faced the starter on eight occasions, winning seven times including two sub-30 performances at Albion Park.
Last week she exited box seven when proving too good for Invergarry Lady in 29.98 – she obviously needs to begin well again but she has shown multiple times she can handle the wide draw.
Owned and trained by Steve Cavanagh, the daughter of Cosmic Rumble and Dulcinea looks to be a top class bitch in the making.
Neeky's Way (1) is racing very well and should be able to find a spot close to the lead in the early stages.
The red fawn bitch is capable of getting down around the 29.80 mark which would see her right in contention if she can produce that type of performance.
Spare Cash (4) is a good little beginner which was far from disgraced when running second in her heat behind Magic Hornet.
She is another which can run quick times on the bunny and she should be better for her heat run which was her first start in almost a month.
Magic Hornet (2) is a tardy beginner most of the time but she has a lot of ability and is drawn well to get a sit behind the pace.
If she can stay out of trouble in the early stages she will be finishing off strongly and could go home too good for her rivals.
