Open race but I think the promising Elusive Desire can get the job done. He made his debut here back in October and after going up with the lids early he showed a brilliant turn of speed before getting a little tired in the straight. Since then he has recorded a sizzling 24.14 Lismore win and with a better beginning tonight he should lead all the way.
Tarks Caliber is the clear danger, he posted an impressive 25.16 Ipswich win two runs back and he gives the indication that he won't have too much trouble running out the trip.
Hard Luck has a bad racing pattern but he is too good to dismiss. He is likely to miss away and look to scout wide, however he possesses wonderful pace and with some luck he should put himself into contention.

Georgina is an exciting prospect and she was desperately unlucky here last week. Last time out she blew the start but rocketed home to go down narrowly, she is normally a reliable beginner and if she finds the bunny early she will be running time.
Below Par has been racing well here of late and he should give a nice sight. Three starts ago he posted a speedy 5.61 to the first marker in his 30.25 victory here and a similar effort tonight would see him prove hard to reel in.
Shez Sassy comes here with steady WA form but she has the good draw and she is in a good kennel. From the red she should put herself into the race early and she can run a nice race at odds.
Kingsbrae Lavina has been racing well at Casino and she should be primed for a bold first up showing in town.

Renatus can be hard to follow but he is brilliant when he is on his game. Four starts back he showed blistering mid race pace when scoring at Ipswich in 30.52 and that type of effort would see him win with ease tonight, the only concern with him is that he has only been placed in one of six tries here.
Marlisa has won three on the trot and her latest victory was here in a solid 30.29, she has good early speed and she should figure prominently throughout.
Art Of Confusion has the good draw and she drops back to a more suitable journey, from the inside draw she should punch through early and if she settles in the first half of the field she should put some pressure on the leaders as they turn for home.
Made That Way has some nuisance value, he finds trouble in his races but he does have talent and he is due for a change of luck.

Tweed Chic is very hard to follow but there is no doubting her talent and she looks very well placed in this event. Three starts back she was narrowly beaten at Lismore over 420m in fast time and tonight with slow beginners drawn around her she should get every chance to settle on the speed and show her best. She has a sizzling 29.87 PB here and if she can get anywhere near that she will take a power of beating.
Set Her Again will be steaming home at the end and she is aiming for a hat trick of wins. She is going to need some luck at the first bend but this race doesn't have much early speed so she might be able to settle a little closer than normal.
Fearless Ruler is better known at Ipswich but he hasn't had much luck in his two tries here and he should be able to make amends tonight. He will need to begin a bit better tonight and if he does he should settle in the top two or three and that should allow him to show his best.

Dream River is much better than his recent form reads and I think he has enough speed to cross them tonight. With a slow beginner on either side he should get every chance to muster speed and he should then be able to cut them off as they head into the first bend. He is a much better chaser on the bunny and he has posted an impressive 29.86 here in the past.
Hawko's Mistake showed a return to form here last week when placed in solid time and from the red he should give a nice sight again, I dont think he can win but he can definitely hold on for a place.
Captain Ces is very inconsistent but he has a heap of talent, if he can just step away cleanly he should put himself into contention early and he might be the value in the race.
Sonnet's Special has the class edge but the box draw is against him tonight. He is likely to be fairly short so he is a good lay prospect, its best to just include him in your exotic bets.

Hougenie is a class act and she steps back up to her favourite journey. She has won five of 12 over the trip and I can see her settling in the top two early tonight. She has proven in the past that she is very fast when on the bunny and I'm expecting a bold showing tonight.
Tuavasa Shek is showing plenty of promise and he will continue to get better with more racing, this is his toughest test but he is a class stayer in the making.
Dzeko is another highly promising prospect, she has scored two blistering wins here of late and she should run a big race again, like Tuavasa Shek this is a big rise in class and she will need to do everything right early.
Flick Pass is the value in the race, he has a great record here and his most recent efforts are much better than they appear.

Bill's Fantasy surprisingly missed the kick here last week but he was still good enough to run a place, tonight I'm expecting him to step cleanly and that should allow him to drive to the early lead. He is racing in career best form at present and if he finds the bunny he will prove hard to run down.
Grand Roman has the good draw and he should sit just behind Bill for most of the journey. He is obviously a great winning hope but I think he is going to be under the odds.
Yogi Blue is the value in the event, he rarely runs a bad race and he too is armed with early speed. He is generally pretty strong overall so if he goes around at silly odds he may be worth an investment.
Melody Serenade rounds out the winning hopes, she is going to be nice odds and she has her favourite draw again. With a keen railer drawn underneath she should get every chance to show her best.

Iva Vision is a ridiculously fast speedster and with the wide running and fast beginner You Can Talk on his outside he appears drawn to get all the breaks. He has a breathtaking 29.62 PB over this trip and if he can settle in the top two early he is going to take a power of beating.
Cyndie's Special was far from disgraced here last week and she is well placed in the red, she normally possesses early speed and it wouldn't be beyond her to hold them out at the first bend.
Keybow is all class and he scored a commanding 29.81 heat win, I dont like him from the wide draw tonight but he is too good to totally dismiss.
Exhibitionist was the other impressive heat winner and she flew to the first marker, she can be a little hit or miss early so I'm not convinced that she can repeat her effort from last week.

Pikelet has come up with the good draw and with an even getaway it's hard to see her getting rolled. Two starts back she scored a brilliant 30 flat win here and on that occasion she showed a dazzling turn of foot after 20 metres.
Sudoku Rebel has been airborne at Grafton of late and he has performed well here in the past. He has the speed to cross them early and although he is likely to get a little tired in the run home he may have set up a big enough lead mid race.
Grim Creeper is much better than his recent form reads and he is capable of running time when he gets out into some open spaces. If he goes round at a silly price he may be worth a saver bet.
Hope's Fantasy is the most consistent chaser in the event and she must be respected. Two starts ago she posted a solid 30.12 victory here and she must be included in your exotics.

Mister To Us is going to be a star stayer in the future but he is still showing enough zip at present to be a major player in sprint races. Last time out he was never out of trouble but two starts back he turned in a monster performance when placed behind the gun chaser Happy Haswell. He is going to settle back in the field again but if he gets an ounce of luck in running he will be there at the end.
Super Vision has the speed to hold them out and she should run a cheeky race, I dont think she will hold on for the win but she can definitely stay on for a place.
Minnie Jayda scored two slick Ipswich wins of late and she can show early speed in her races, if she happens to cross the red early she may just steal the prize.
