Free multi bet tips for Thursday’s Angle Park greyhound meeting
WE head to Angle Park for tonight's multi and we are quietly confident we can get back into form with some nice winners to help fill your betting accounts.
Leg 1 – Angle Park – Race 3: Are Ate To Place $1.62
Are Ate is a class act when on song and last week he was highly impressive in his SA debut. He was smart to begin and after looking a little lost through the corner he hit the line well enough to suggest he would have derived a lot of benefit from that run. From the wide draw he should be step well again and I am expecting him to settle in the top two and if he does he will take a power of beating. He is currently $4 for the win and it might be worth a small win bet outside of the multi.
Leg 2 – Angle Park – Race 5: Cyclone Clifford To Place $2.25
Cyclone Clifford is an ultra consistent chaser and he should appreciate the step up in distance again. He has been powering to the line over the 515m trip and in October/November he was able to win his only two tries over this journey. I'm expecting the one and two to fire through and lead and the four likes to move off through the corners, so if he can step evenly he should get a nice run through and he should settle in the top four. He has great mid race pace and with a clear passage he should be right there at the end.
Leg 3 – Angle Park – Race 10: Backpacker To Place $1.57
Backpacker is in very good hands and last week he really caught the eye when stepping up in distance with a commanding 30.98 Gawler win. Tonight he is rising in class a little but I'm expecting the one and two to battle for the lead and he should be able to drop in behind them for a sit in the early stages. He is quite strong so he should be there to put pressure on his rivals as they turn for home and top three finish looks likely.
