Tonight we see the first of the new line up of meetings at Wentworth Park after taking over from Bulli. I for one am not that excited about the introduction of speedy squib races – time will tell.

It's been a while since this bloke showed his best and win here. He's only got a very ordinary record here, but there's no doubting his sheer speed. He likes to lead and he may just get that chance here tonight from box 6. If he's able to ping and land straight on the bunny he will be very hard to catch. Eachway.
Angle Park Greyhounds Race 3 Box 5 Dyna Daina 7.16pm
Tonight's best bet – place a $50 on Dyna Daina and you should receive a free carton courtesy of your local bottlo and your winnings from Dyna Daina. That's about the price she will start at 2-1, and she looks a great get here tonight. She handled the step up in trip last week like a duck to water and I can't see her being beaten here with a repeat of her last performance. She should once again bounce straight to the front and take a power of beating. She should be able to find a couple of tenths on last weeks run and that should see here salute here. Best bet.
Wentworth Park Greyhounds, Race 4 Box 7 Crazy Carrie, 8.09pm
Terrible speedy squib race here over the shocking 280m distance. There's not much to say here either you jump lead and win, or miss the start and remain there. There's no margin what so ever that can be found between these. Crazy Carrie to jump here and win.
Launceston Greyhounds Race 10 Box 1 Jodie Valentino, 10.35pm
I really liked the way this girl won on Thursday night at Hobart. It was full of merit and a gutsy determined win by the ex SA dog.She once again has come up with the red box here and the extra distance will certainly be of a great advantage to her. After jumping away midfield Thursday night she railed hard and finished too strong. I see no reason why she won't do the same thing here against the same class of opposition. Theres nothing super hot in the field so I suggest just backing her out right. Great bet.
