Greyhound Betting Tips For Monday 4th March 2013

Unfortunately we only had 2 runners compete yesterday. Two of our selections had been scratched.

Here are the results:
Broadacres: Second, $1.90
Dramatic Miss: Winner $2.60

Albion Park, Greyhounds, Race 1 Box 2 Mysterious Thing. 6.42 pm Qld time

Mysterious Thing, is just that, a little mysterious. She tips the scales at 29kg, but would be one of the skinniest, highly strung dogs, I've ever seen. There is very little bulk to her compared with a regular greyhound. Maybe that's where she gets her name? She looks a great chance in this tonight, after recently competing in the , where she made the semi final. She looks to be a stayer of the future and why wouldn't she, being out of Saturn Assassin, who could stay all day.
She posses great strength already this bitch, and only needs to sit in behind these early, and she should finish way too strong here. Her only danger is McClintock, Who has threatened to win one, but is yet to make it across the line first. Mysterious Thing, Each Way.

Angle Park Greyhounds, Race 4 Box 4 Cousin Callum. 7.38 pm Vic Time

A great 738m staying event here tonight. I really enjoy these races at . It's often quite easy to find the winner. Cousin Callum, is that winner. He has posted a very fast PB over this journey, and only needs to run somewhere near that to demolish this field. With 2 starts for 2 wins, he is unbeaten over the journey and should keep that recorded here, intact tonight. His last 2 runs over the 600, have been very good and the only query tonight with him, will be if he has had enough racing to finish of the race. Apart from that, he is panels better that these and should be winning her tonight. There does not appear to be any dangers, and all he will need, is a safe start and clear passage. Great bet.

Bulli Greyhounds, Race 6 Box 3 Compass, 8.49 pm Nsw time

The daughter of Hidden Image looks set to score here again tonight. Last weeks run, was just fantastic. She flew the lids and led all the way in a smart 28.87, for the 515m journey. She meets a similar sort of field here tonight, and there should be no reason why she can not do the same again. Adrenalenium, could be one at odds that may fill a place. He has a big motor, but takes a while to balance up. He should stay right out of trouble out wide here, and if he is able to wind up around the outside he may just slot into one of the place positions here. Compass, to win. Adrenalenium, place chance at odds.

Launceston Greyhounds, Race 4 Box 1 Side Com, 7.45pm Vic time

The son of Vapour Whirl, should win, and will win, if he's fit enough here first up over 600. He has far too much class and ability for these and should have no trouble leading throughout. He has already posted a slick 35.27 over the trip, and a repeat of that will no doubt see him win by a few lengths. He will relish the inside box and he's a great bet here.

Shepparton, Greyhounds Race 7 Box 7 Speed Lane. 9.05 pm vic time

Speed Lane only has to handle the extra 50 meters here tonight to win this. She went super last Thursday night, where it took our best bet to knock her off, Steve Allen. She has good early toe and this should see her lead this field. She is getting stronger and stronger sort ever run, and should give these something to catch. Her main danger looks to be Black Deauville, and he may struggle a little bit in the early stages to find clear running. I can't see him staying in touch with her early, and he may get strung up in too much traffic to run her down. If she pings and he finds a little trouble she should have enough to get across the line first.

Best Of Luck.
