Greyhound Betting Tips For Thursday 15th August 2013

We have had a great last few days with plenty of winners at good prices. Thursday night is always the best night of the week for Greyhound Racing, and hopefully we can find a few more here again tonight to have your hard earned on.

Albion Park Greyhounds Race 7 Box 1 Duchess Dora 8.44pm

Tough staying event with a few of these coming back from last weeks final. Duchess Dora finished 3rd in the race behind Rylee's Reign beaten a half of a length after jumping from the tough box 5 draw. Box 1 is sure to bring her out in this, and I'm sure she can hold the early lead. Once she finds the front she can roll along out in the lead, and is more than capable of running around 42.20 mark – quick enough to win this. Rylee's Reign is the danger, and had won well previously from box 8. If your looking for a tough eachway chance, then look no further then the very smart Apache Kitten, she's extremely honest and handles the trip. Last week over the 600 she was getting home all over the top of a few very quick dogs. She finished off the 600m event last start better then she ever has, so id keep a very close eye on her.

Angle Park Greyhounds Race 3 Box 1 Miss Woods 7.55pm

Usual followers would be aware of the confidence I had about Miss Woods in a heat of the distance a couple of weeks ago. Well she went terrible and I couldn't find an excuse for it. So I've decided to just forget the run and go on her brilliant form over this trip. I've been told she's been trialling extreme well, and I have no doubt this information is correct. So based on that and looking here at this race, she should put herself in a much better position tonight. From box 1 she does have enough speed to lead and I think once she finds the bunny, we will see her return to her best. She has a flying PB and has the scalp of besting Kalden Mayhem fair and square, She was to string that night. Allen Bardolf appears the only dog who can threaten here, and he's certainly back to his best after putting in a few shockers. Miss Woods should be around the $4.50 mark and at that price from box 1 is be having a solid go.

Dapto Greyhounds Race 4 Box 8 Mad Mark Azza, 8.35pm

Named after trainer Mark Azzapordi, Mad Mark Azza's time has come to win one. He does appear as if he has a bit of ability, but does seem to be very green still. Box 8 will suit and he does have enough speed to burn around them here early on. This is a shocking maiden race and he'll get no better chance then here tonight to win one. He had posted a ordinary 30.61 here but after looking through replays he does appear as if he can get around the 30.20 mark if he steps and goes. No excuses here he should win.

Hobart Greyhounds Race 7 Box 2 Willy Wag Tail 9.44pm

This bloke is finally hitting his straps, and is racing in fine form. He steps up here in grade and theres no doubt he can match it with them in this. He's very speedy and he can lead this here with his best jump. He's got a solid record here with 6 starts for 3 wins and 3 placings. Box 1 runner Frytson is another speedy customer but he does get a little tired in the run to the line. He's going great Willy Wag Tail, and he looks a great eachway chance here tonight.

Sandown Greyhounds Race 2 Box 1 Speed Series 7.25pm

I loved the run of this girl here last week. As some other say, she did have to work very hard mid race last week and from the soft draw here tonight, she'll be super hard to beat. She has enough tow here to boot up inside the main danger Modest Ruler and match it with him mid race. She's fairly strong and does hit the line really well. Tonight is only her second start here and with natural improvement she should get around the 29.65, easily good enough to win this. Big Chance!

Best Of Luck
