Greyhound Betting Tips For Wednesday 13th November 2013

We had a welcome return to form last night with Quigley Bale saluting at at nice odds of $9.10. He won and won well and looked impressive in doing so – one to keep following.

Albion Park Greyhounds Race 3 Box 1 Classy Tom 3.35pm

This young dog won his maiden in nice fashion at his first start, and wasn't disgraced in his second start when running 2nd. The second was in slow time, but I do think he will have taken great benefit from the run; and he should run the trip out far stronger today. His brother scorched around over the 395 last start, and easily broke the 23.00 second barrier. He looks to have talent himself and I expect him to win this from the cherry here today.

Angle Park Greyhounds Race 8 Box 1 Emerley Zodiak 2.22pm

This appears a two dog duel, but the favoured way must go to box 3 runner Premier Spot, who flew around in a trial in 35.20. I was unable to find the , and that's super important, but I'm assuming box 1 runner Emerley Zodiak can lead his main competitor early. The big question is can he run out the trip in fast time and hold her off. Realistically he probably can't, but he has run 30.06 over the 515 and he should repeat that first 515 here today if he lands on the bunny from the get go. If he can run that he should a 5 length lead on Premier Spot early and he may just find the extra 85 meters in him to hold on. It's a tough race and this pair look the ones, but Premier Spot can be a little iffy and I'd be inclined to back the Zodiak over her. Great quinella race.

Bulli Greyhounds Race 3 Box 6 Paua To Charge 7.48pm

Watching this fellows recent runs he looks to be a dog on the improve, and he will have no trouble with the big track, like his sire El Grand Señor this fellow is also a monster tipping the Scales at a whopping 38kg. What's remarkable is most of El Grand Senors male progeny show the same early speed that mad him the superstar he was, and this fellow Paua To Charge has some of his dad's toe. He can lead this race and he'll be mighty hard to run down if he does. This however is a step up from 400 meter racing to the 472m trip but his trainer , is well credentialed and knows what he's doing. He looks a great chance, but $4.00 is about the right price.

Ballarat Greyhounds Race 6 Box 8 Under Threat 8.41pm

This dog looks very hard to beat here tonight from box 8. He can run fast time, has a great box and will get a clear trouble free run. Box 5 runner Matt's Entity will probably start the likely favourite, but he struggles at the trip, although his trainer has certainly strengthened him up. He should once again spear the lids, but he'll be a sitting duck over the last 30 as he starts to get the staggers and starts paddling. That's when the fastest heat winner Under Threat, will start to charge and he should easily overpower Matt's Entity. He loves the wide box won his heat really well and should have no trouble backing up here tonight and winning. Class runner and looks too good in my eyes.

Best of Luck
