We had a great day yesterday with, our biggest result coming out of , where Gitcha Money On saluted at big odds.

Wow what a night of racing we have to look forward to tonight. Unfortunately as was reported yesterday, has been scratched from the Super Stayers. That only really leaves on winning chance for mine. The perfectly boxed front running Destini Fireball.

The Australian Cup looks at the mercy of Spud Regis, who has also drawn the rails, and is coming off a very fast 29.78 heat win.

Both races are jammed pack full our best chasers, and lets not forget if the QLD, Champ can win the Australian cup, he will surpass Miata, and become Australia's highest stakes Earner.

The Meadows Greyhounds, Race 6 Box 1 Destini Fireball. 9.20 pm Vic time

The Group 1 Super Stayers has been dealt a heavy blow with the scratching of Australia's Greatest stayer Miata. Lektra Scarlett, now gets the run from box 8. Its never easy trying to find the winner of a Group race, let alone a Group 1, but Destini Fireball looks the likely winner in this. Most people believe the son of Where's Pedro and American Bitch Grey's Destiny will collect the winner of $100,000. And why wouldn't they, he is perfectly box in the red and the enormous 38kg chaser will either lead the race, and put on a fine front running display to win; or jump second or third and be too strong mid race and overtake the early leaders to win. Either way he looks mighty hard to topple after his quickest heat win, which saw him post the fastest time by just over 3 lengths, Of 42.39. It's going to be a fantastic race and one we are all sure to greatly enjoy.

The Meadows Greyhounds, Race 8 Box 1 Spud Regis. 10.17 pm Vic time

Spud Regis looks the winner here, he to has come up with Box 1 and looks mighty hard to beat if he reproduces last weeks heat win. If the son of , can ping the lids and highball in front, I'm not sure the others can beat him. Perfect scenario, he jumps, runs and repeats he's heat win. This should see him collect the winners cheque of $250,000. Lets say Spud Regis does not do what most expect, this leaves the race a very open affair. We can make a case for ever dog, as all 8 runners had to win there way into one of Australia's richest races. Boxes win races, and their is no doubt the box draw will play a huge roll in deciding the winner. So who do we make a second selection? I'm going to go with the grand old fellow, Glen Gallon. Really it's near impossible to form an accurate opinion on how he will win this race. His pattern of racing is to usually possie up in the first half of the field, and finish really hard. He may just get the perfect run here and get a great sit in behind the early leaders, El Brooklyn, and Spud Regis. If they jam up or race tightly he may be the one to close late. Who knows with this bloke he seems suited by all 8 boxes!! If he does salute in this he will take his earnings over $700,000 and surpass Miata, as Australia's highest earner.

Wentworth Park, Greyhounds Race 3 Box 1 Scouts Gold. 8.08 pm Nsw time

We tipped the son of to you last week and unfortunately he was slow to begin and never got into the race at any stage. He has began poorly at both runs here, but has come up trumps with the red box here tonight. I have no doubt he will win plenty of races at , and all he needs to go it out his best foot forward and come out running to give this an almighty shake tonight. He is quite capable of running fast time here, and let's hope tonights the night for the son of Super Stud Dog Magic Sprite.

Best Of Luck.
