Albion Park Greyhounds – Race 1. Box 6- Road Warrior. 6.40 pm QLD Time

Road Warrior returns to QLD headquarters at Albion park tonight for his 3rd attempt at a city win. And has certainly drawn the right field to do so.
With two ordinary beginners on his inside he should get a great sit behind early leader Well Uno and prove too strong for this line up.

Race 10. Box 2- Spirited Flame. 9.54 pm QLD time

Extremely underrated bitch Spirited Flame lines up here and FINALLY, she's drawn an inside box!
She's had a terrible run of wide box draws but has still managed to perform brilliantly, running Champion sprinter Glen Gallon to within length off a wide box in a best 8 field.
Faces a 5th grade field here tonight and as long as she hasn't forgot how to use a inside box, this race is over before it starts!

Angle Park Greyhounds Race 6. Box 1- Kalden Kurageous. 8.59 NSW time

The prepared Kalden Kurageous draws the cherry here, and after stopping the clock recently at a very fast 29.62 not even bad luck should beat him. A raced filled with little pace, should see him boot right up inside this field, rail around the first turn and put pay to these within a few strides.

Dapto Greyhounds race 3. Box 5- Midnight Rush. 8.56 NSW time

Midnight Rush, hails from the hall of famer in Flying Amy, and has started his racing career Off with a bang.
Has clocked a scorching 29.66 here at Dapto and is definitely a dog to keep an eye on. He's drawn the squeeze box here but has panels on this field. And with a clean get away should blow these away. But don't get to anxious to jump right in and take the shorts. Try to secure a solid fixed price from one of our many corporate bookmakers, if available,To maximise your return.

Hobart Greyhounds race 10. Box 1. Din's Harvey. 10.50pm NSW time

The Karen Leek owned and prepared sprinter lines up here for his first time, And I liked the way this bloke won his maiden. He's gone of the boil lately, but Has drawn the rails here and from the inside looks the winner to me. Only needs average luck early and if he's able to hold his spot on the rails, I think he'll be a little too good for these. But his form is ordinary. Im hoping a change of scenery will do the trick here with this bloke. But, don't take the shorts for his first up attempt.

Sandown Park Greyhounds race 2 Box 2 . Dewanna Hold On 7.25 VIC time

Dewanna Hold On and Banjo Star clash again here after battling it out recently at Cranbourne. And with the scores locked together at 1 a piece, one of the two will hail victorious here.
Dewanna Hold on draws inside here while Banjo Star has drawn the outside. And with Dewanna Hold on being the much stronger of the two He's my top pick. The big track at Sandown will suit him and if he gains a clear run early he may just post a very respectable time here for his first go.
I suspect Big things in the future for this bloke and he's my tip to win this.

Maitland Greyhounds race 8. Box 3 Nosey Rozy. 6.17pm NSW time

Wow what a clash we have here. The unbeaten Nosey Rozy, from new kid and sire on the block Disintegrate.
And from his first crop has produce a real excitement machine here in Nosey Rozy. She Takes on the very fast Wy Gunya.
This will be a real heavy weight Battle with Wy Gunya probably giving away a few lengths start to the super fast little bitch in Nosey Rozy.
The big question here is can they both gain clear running. And does Wy Gunya have the ability to run Rozy down over 400m I don't believe so, Nosey Rozy had showed no signs of stopping over 400m and certainly demonstrates that 500m in the future will be no problem at all. A real interesting race, with no doubt many different opinions.

All in all a great night of racing throughout the county, with a couple of real headline acts fronting the cards. No more so then the Super chaser and brilliant all rounder He Knows Uno, who lines up in the Gem hotel Australia Day trophy at Albion Park at 8.28 pm. The rising 4 year old prepared in the pristine little fishing town of Iluka, NSW by popular trainer Mick Patterson, takes on a couple of quality chasers in Master Brutus, prepared by the living legend in .

And The trained Bizarre barbie who returns from a recent campaign in Victoria with leading trainer Kel Greenough. Which
has seen her short listed for the upcoming Zoom Top.

Some great racing to look forward to here in Queensland in the next couple of weeks with the , quailes to be run at Ipswich greyhound racing club on Saturday night. And we're sure to discover some real quality chasers. None more so then Australia's highest ever stakes earner, in the appropriately named , who won the event a few years ago for Dave and Christine Robartson. High Earner currently sits on top of the leader board, but for how long? with Australian greyhound racing pin up girl, closing in fast.
