Best Bet:

Race 7 No.6: Yada Yada Yada with William Hill

He has been racing in stellar form of late and he capped off a good stretch with a slick 29.97 win last time out. He has a terrific record here over the 431-metre trip and he appears to be running out the 500-metres a lot better these days so the distance won't worry him. He should roll to the early lead and score with ease. Will be around the even money mark but he could be worth putting in your multis with your sports bets over the weekend.

Best Roughie:

Race 3 No.8: Clint's Jessie with William Hill

Well placed in the wide draw and she is dropping back to a more suitable journey today. She has been showing good early speed in her races of late and if she can get a nice cart across in the early stages she could get the cash at nice odds. Definitely worth an each way ticket.

Best Value:

Strathalbyn
Race 5 No.5: Wota Good Sort with William Hill

Her form doesn't read too well of late but she is much better than that and she has the edge over her main rivals because she has experience at the track. She is normally a very good beginner and with a clean getaway today she should be able to carve across and assume control and she is a very hard chaser to get past when on the lure.

Best Quinella:

Maitland
Race 4: 1 to rove with 2,4,6 ($3 for 100%)

My Boy Snoop is a little hit or miss early but I'm expecting him to step cleanly from the red and push through and hold the early lead. He is very good when on the bunny and he should prove too strong for his rivals.

Zipping Spike is a super talent when on song and he will be charging home late.

Army Surplus and Winsome Senor are both better than their form indicates and they could add value to the quinella dividend.

Best Trifecta

Maitland
Race 6

1,4/1,2,4,6/1,2,3,4,6,7 ($24 for 100%)

Best Quaddie:

$120 for 100%
