Monday’s best multi tips for Tassie, QLD & VIC greyhound racing
DESPITE it being Monday, there is some quality greyhound racing being run tonight including the Group 2 Launceston Cup down in Tasmania. To make a night of it we have found some nice bets around the country and combined them into a multi.

WIN – Arby – Shepparton Race 6 No. 3 @ $1.85
Arby returns to grade 5 racing after tackling some of the sport's best in a heat of the Group 2 Shepparton Cup last start. On that occasion he wasn't the best to begin and was outclassed by some fine greyhounds, however prior to that he showed a phenomenal turn of foot when scoring in 21.75 over the 390 metre trip. He has drawn box three tonight and this is much easier than his last start. A bit short for my liking but he does appear a safe bet.
WIN – Fantastic Spiral – Launceston Race 7 No.5 @ $2.50
Fantastic Spiral is terribly drawn but he is the class runner of this race and he should be able to overcome the horror box. The NSW chaser has had two starts over the track and trip and has clocked 29.38 and 29.55 respectively – a repeat of either performance should see him go close to scoring here tonight. Being a big final, there are a number of good dogs in the race, however this bloke is a group 1 winner and is generally a pretty good beginner. If he can step and get some clear room early it is hard to see how they will beat him.
WIN – Big Easy Red – Albion Park Race 7 No.1 @ $2.10
Big Easy Red wasn't able to cross from box eight last start and was never a winning contention, but tonight he is well drawn in box one and should be able to punch up along the fence in the early stages. There isn't much speed in this race so he should get a relatively easy lead and should be good enough to cling on in the run to the line.
