Cosmic Angel has been a little stiff of late and from the wide draw he should get every chance to improve. In his two most recent efforts he has been knocked over soon after box rise and therefore he has had to work overtime to get back into the race. With a fast beginner and keen railer drawn underneath he should get a perfect cart across in the early stages, he is a very fast chaser on the bunny and he should be value in this event.

Zipping Bruno is a gun chaser and is clearly the most talented chaser in the event but from box two he will need everything to go right in the early stages. My biggest concern with him is that he may get shuffled back in the early stages and he can't afford to give some of these too big of a head start. Bill Bowlegs has been racing well and if he can get through the first turn unscathed he should make a big impact.

Ritza Raider has come up with the coveted rails draw and he should get every chance to salute. Two starts ago he powered to the line when scoring here in a solid 30.23, on that occasion he found loads of trouble in the run but he was still good enough to pick himself up and score. With the wide running Father Skeeta drawn outside, he should get a relatively clear run in the early stages.

Father Skeeta has won three in a row with the latest being here in a slick 29.96, his first section of 5.40 was very impressive last time and a repeat of that effort would see him settle in the top two early. Le Burglar must also be respected based on his speedy 29.83 win here recently, he would need a lot to go right from the squeeze box but he should be hitting the line hard.

Avondale Charm has been very unlucky of late and she finds herself in a very winnable race. In her most recent efforts she has been finding bother from the outset and she has never been a factor. Tonight I'm hoping she can get a relatively clear run in the early stages and if she can get anywhere near her blistering 29.68 PB here she will take a power of beating.

Gut Wrenching showed great pace in her top placing here two runs back and if she gets away cleanly she will prove hard to reel in again. She can be hit or miss at box rise but she is armed with a tremendous turn of foot. Coolabah Jet was far from disgraced when placed behind the exciting Are Jip last week and she should be a major player again.

Lucy Lips is drawn to fire to the early lead and she should prove extremely hard to reel in. Three starts ago she scored a very zippy 29.78 Gosford win when leading throughout and from the coveted red draw she should repeat the dose, in addition to that she also looked very impressive when she matched motors with Highly respected here last week for most of the trip.

Pen Shaw is well placed out wide and she had little luck in her debut effort here two runs back. In her brief career to date she has scored some solid wins at Nowra and Dapto over similar journeys, so I would expect her to show dramatic improvement at her second look here. Black Empress is dropping a fair big in class today and with a wide runner drawn on her outer she should get her chance to show improvement. She can be a little tardy to begin at times but she does possess a nice turn of foot.

Kulu Special can be very hard to follow at times but if she reproduces the effort which saw her win at Dapto recently in 29.70, she will take a power of beating. She has everything in her favour tonight, with a slow beginning wide runner drawn outside and keen railer drawn directly underneath, so if she can get away on terms with them she should prove very hard to hold out.

Gradence as per usual is a great place prospect and he should be picking off the stragglers late in the race, however if he is ever going to win another race this might be the one. Evil Punk is obviously the class factor in the event and if he avoids early bother he should make a big impact. My only concern with him is that he has been missing the kick of late and he will need a few things to go right in the run to the first turn.

Great race and it's hard to split three of the finalists who all the ran the hands off the clock in the heats last week. He isn't that well drawn out in the pink but I'm still going to give the edge to the exciting Shoulders. Last week he pinged the lids and smashed his rivals by a whopping 15 lengths whilst stopping the clock in a breathtaking 29.36. Clearly a repeat of that run would see him score again tonight.

Are Jip is another exciting talent and he powered to the line in his explosive 29.48 heat win, the only knock on him is that he is known for missing the kick and he will need all the breaks from the middle pin. Highly Respected should settle on the speed and he has been racing in great form over this track and trip of late, I dont think he can hold on for victory but he should be thereabouts in the minor money. Zambora Magic is another one who can be very hard to follow but his 29.49 heat win last week is pretty hard to ignore.

The brilliant Addison Road makes her long awaited return to the race track and she is drawn to be a major player. When she is on song she is an enormous talent and she can run some ridiculous times, her box manners can sometimes let her down but I'm sure her connections wouldn't be racing her unless she was 100% fit and ready to fire.

Magic Earner is blessed with early speed and she should be able to cross to the early lead, she has raced well here in the past and I think she has improved a fair bit since the last time she went around here. Explosive Ebony led for a long way when placed here last week and she should be in the mix again, whilst Envy is well placed in the pink and she is never far away in these types of races.

In the near future I think greyhound racing fans will be hailing this bloke as the number one stayer in the country and he should take all before him in the coming months. Space Star made his 720m debut here last week and he set the track alight with a 41.84 win, it was relatively a solo trial for him but he showed that he can run the trip out strongly and I think under the right conditions tonight he could easily go sub 41.70, he is an absolute excitement machine.

His litter and kennelmate Tears Siam scored in the other heat and she should probably fill the quinella spot, of the eight runners they are the only two genuine staying types and connections should continue to have a lot of fun with both. Gotta Problem was far from disgraced in his heat and he can sneak into the minor money, whilst Hayden Hair is always thereabouts.

Notso Sweet can be very hard to follow at times but when she pings the lids she is capable of running very fast sectionals. Four starts ago she landed on the lure and scored a commanding 29.81 win in strong company, this is the weakest race she has contested for a while so with an ounce of luck early she should get the cash.

Premier Mozz is a reliable beginner and she has been racing in consistent fashion here of late, her last 50m is always questionable but if she happens to cross at the first turn she may just steal the prize. Jorelle is much better than her recent efforts suggests and she must be kept safe at odds, whilst Capriati should be running home strongly and she must be included in your exotic bets.

I'm Pedro is back to his brilliant best and if he reproduces his 30.56 Richmond effort then he will take a power of beating. In his past three starts he has showed a blistering turn of foot soon after box rise and this has resulted in two brilliant wins and a very unlucky second placing. From the pink draw tonight he should get a nice cart across early and he should put them to the sword off the back straight.

Take It All has been racing consistently of late and he shouldn't be too far away, he obviously isn't as good as he once was but he is still very competitive in this class. Paddy's Devil should settle on the speed and he was a recent winner here in a sizzling 29.76. He must lead to win his races but he is normally very reliable at box rise.
