Victory Belle hasn't had much luck in her previous efforts over this journey and this is probably the weakest event she has contested here. She is normally a very good beginner and an even getaway should see her lead from go to whoa.

Zipping Grace appears to be the obvious danger, she posted a strong 42.62 Richmond win last time out and she appears to be going from strength to strength over the longer journeys. The pink draw should suit and she should match motors with Victory Belle for most of the trip.

Midnight Ripple is highly talented when on song and if she can settle in first half of the field she should be right in the mix.

Midnight Cuddle rounds out the chances, she got a little tired in her 700m debut last time but she should be much better for that effort and I'm expecting her to hit the line a little better tonight.

Very tough maiden final to assess and I've gone with the early speed of Two Parts Freak. Prior to winning here last week she had posted two impressive trial performances at Maitland. Last week in her heat she pinged the lids and reeled off a very slick first sectional, she then appeared to get lost on the turns and then balanced up again in the straight, so I'm expecting her to improve a lot on her time of 30.59.

Country Fox won his heat in commanding fashion and he should be a major player again. Last week he posted speedy sectionals throughout before stopping the clock in 30.35, if he can repeat that performance again he should be there at the end.

Entreaty has the good draw and she improved to score here last week in 30.36. The red draw should allow her to hold a prominent position early and she appears to be fairly strong in the run home.

Zipping Eastwood rounds out the chances, his 30.58 heat time wasn't that impressive but he did overcome difficulties in the run and he would have derived a lot of benefit from that effort.

Zipping Maggie has been taking on the nation's best stayers of late and she has been far from disappointing. Tonight she returns to a track where she has tasted her biggest success and if she gets anywhere near her breathtaking 41.78 PB, its hard to see anything getting near her. In her most recent racing she has been getting pressured very early in her races, tonight's race lacks a lot of depth so she should get a cheap lead and it's hard to run her down when she is dictating the terms.

Joane has been sharpened up by two 520m runs here of late and her record over this journey with eight placings from nine runs speaks for itself. Tonight I'm expecting her to settle in around third or fourth position and she should make a very strong move mid race.

Pumped Up Zarr is flying and he should be in the mix throughout, his effort to score here last week in 42.07 was eye catching. My only concern with him tonight is there is a bit of speed drawn around him so he will need to do everything right in the early stages.

Greta's Rescue rounds out the place hopes, she should finish off nicely and if there is some shuffling up front she might be able to sneak into third spot.

The world's best stayer at present Sweet It Is looks a moral and the $1.30 is probably big over's. The small field should suit tonight and with a fair getaway she probably has a chance of settling in about fourth spot. She has turned in some enormous performances of late and as long as she stays on her feet she should win.

Zipping Rory is a bold front running stayer and he set the track alight when winning at The Meadows two runs back in 42.46. He should be able to find the lead again tonight and he has posted a blistering 41.75 here previously.

Dusty Moonshine is a promising stayer but she is probably a little short of this class at present, she should be in the mix for most of the trip and she might be able to hold on for a place.

Beks is very strong and if he handles the track at his first look he should run a bottler, his racing pattern doesn't make things easy for him but he is in good form and racing with confidence.

Another shortie but he too looks a moral. Whittaker has scored some devastating wins in his brief career to date and he appears drawn to get all the breaks behind the red as they run into the first turn. He didn't have much luck in his debut here and he should be a lot better for the experience around the circuit, he can be a bit hit or miss early but he has a ridiculous turn of foot and he will put himself into contention after a couple of strides.

Let It Develop has the good draw and he should lead for a long way, last week he went a slick 5.44 to the first marker and he led right up until the shadows of the post. I dont think he can win but he should be able to hold on for some minor money.

Mr Emgrand is highly capable on his day and he must be included in your exotic bets, he has been missing the kick of late but from the pink he should get plenty of room to muster speed.

Bundy Bear is much better than his form reads and with some luck early he too can threaten for a trifecta spot.

Great race again and although I am a massive fan of Anything Less, I've decided to go with the well drawn Zipping Willow. She has won a staggering 18 of her 24 tries here and she beat a similar field here last week in a sizzling 29.65. From the pink she should be able to drive across and find the early lead and in the past she has been almost impossible to reel in.

Anything Less is a freak and one out he is probably the fastest chaser in the land. From box six he will need a few things to go his way but if he can get balanced up he will take it right up to Zipping Willow.

Bessy Boo has the good draw and he rarely runs a bad race, he should be able to settle mid field and when the gaps open up off the back straight he should start to make his move.

Ritza Hattie is the only other winning hope, she is racing a tad below her best at present but if she found her best form she is more than capable of matching it with the two favourites.

Zipping Tarn appears to be improving with every run at present and I can see her leading all the way in this event. Last time out she matched motors with the exciting Lady Ronray for most of the trip and she went down by less than two lengths in extremely fast time. With a clean getaway tonight she should assume control early on and from there on it should be a procession.

Inner City was far from disgraced in his placing here last week and with some luck early he shouldn't be too far away, he likes to get wide at the first bend, so as long as Pierro Kade stays out of his way he should be fine.

Coolabah Jet must be considered from the red, she has been racing in consistent style here of late and three starts ago she went very quick early when winning here in 29.80.

Cawbourne Kayono is the only other winning prospect, he races best when on the bunny and he has more than enough speed to cross in the early stages.

Soaring Eagle was a little disappointing here last week but I'm willing to give him one more chance. With a wide runner drawn on his outside, if he can get away cleanly he should be able to boot through early and zip away as the check runs wide at the first bend. He isn't overly strong but he can find a fair bit when he lands on the bunny early in his races.

Take It All has the perfect draw and he has been charging home in his most recent racing, he is likely to get back again but this race features quite a few front runners and he should be there to pick them off late in the race.

Smashing Sally returned to form in fine style with a dazzling 29.73 Dapto win last time out. On that occasion the highly promising Whittaker had every chance to reel her in but she was far too strong.

To A Tee is the up and comer in the event and although he is drawn poorly he must still be respected, he can be slow to begin but he picks himself up quickly and with some luck at the first turn he should be there at the end.

Black Jack Billy returned to his best form at last time out when scoring a sizzling 30.01 victory, on that occasion he began cleanly and was never in doubt, if he can turn in a similar effort tonight he will take a power of beating. With a keen railer drawn underneath and slow beginner on his outside he should be afforded all the breaks as they head into the first turn.

Oban has displayed some solid early speed in her recent efforts here of late and with the empty draw underneath she should get every chance to roll across to the early lead, in doing so she will probably bring the favourite across with her but she should still make the top pick work hard for a win.

Black Bronco has the good draw and he has been placed in six of 12 over this trip. From the red he should be able to hold a prominent position early and he will be quite strong in the run to the line.

Jeffy Gee rounds out the chances, he can show early speed in his races and if he happens to hold them out he could give them something to catch.

Jack Kade isn't the strongest chaser in the field but from the red he should hold the early lead and he tends to find a fair bit when he is on the bunny. Three starts back he led all the way in a solid 30.10 and I think if he holds them out again tonight he could probably get down to the 30 flat mark.

Seven Jacks set the track alight at Gosford last time with a sizzling 29.50 victory and if he brings that form to Wentworth Park he will give a great sight.

Gotta Plan has struggled here previously but he does have a heap of ability and if he gets the breaks mid race he can play a part at nice odds, he has scored some slick provincial wins but he just hasn't been able to bring that form to town.

Kurmond Goddess has been racing well here of late and she was narrowly beaten by the in form Bad Boy Sniper here last week, she has the speed to settle in the top two early and she will definitely give them something to catch.
