Mutt Lange Wins July Run Of The Month
The win was one of many involving the talented sprinter coming from last. After beginning badly he races at the tail of the field before weaving his way through the congestion to somehow record an unexpected victory.
Mutt Lange has always shown above average ability since he commended racing with back to back wins at Warragul in Victoria back in April 2008. Since then he has been on quite a journey after racing for a time in the Garden State he travelled across the country and also found success in West Australia winning at Cannington and Mandurah during a five month stay.
However since arriving at Paul Stuart's kennels at the Oaks in New South Wales Mutt Lange has never raced better particularly over the last month or two racking up wins at Bulli and claiming three wins and two seconds at New South Wales headquarters Wentworth Park.
As usual there were some outstanding runs recorded in July with fast times recorded on both city and country circuits all over Australia. As always it was a difficult decision coming up with the AGRA Run of the Month for July, however there is nothing more exciting than a sprinter coming from last to win and Mutt Lange has done just that on more than one occasion.
