Greyound Betting Tips For Saturday 16th November 2013

Big night out west in Queensland tonight, with the Final. It looks a between two dogs Surfin Kawati and Regal Lauryn, who clearly run many lengths faster then the other heat winners. So I wouldn't be surprised to see them run the quinella.

Ipswich Greyhounds Race 8 Box 3 Surfin' Kawati 10.04pm

It's a late final tonight, as is the case with most racing broadcast on Sky2. I can't go past Surfin' Kawati who's in form and has been running the hands off the clock lately. With a 29.71, 29.81 win at Albion, then a flying 30.19 in his heat last week. Admittedly it was from box 1 where he excels from, but he's been showing great early speed of late, and should have no trouble handling the middle box. All the runners have good early speed so he will need to be on his a game, but if he happens to clear them early it's all over.
Hopefully once tonight's race is behind him, he finds his way to Melbourne and gets his chance to take on the country's best, because there is no reason why he can't, and beat them in the process. He's a super talented dog and deserves the chance. Regal Lauryn the only other danger, can also win and box 8 is perfect for her. If Surfin Kawati finds trouble or gets jammed up then, Regal Lauryn should he getting the cash.

The Meadows Greyhounds Race 7 Box 3 Hallelujah Henry 9.20pm

Big win by this dog two strats back who began steadily, then took of like a rocket mid race to race away for a solid 30.13 win. He's boxed to improve on that performance tonight and looks the clear cut winner if he steps. After watching the replays and going through the field I can't find a way he'll get beat. He looks miles better then this field, and although he's young and inexperienced, he does have quite a good racing brain; something most of the top race dogs have. He should be $2.50 here tonight and he looks a great bet mid way through the card here tonight at .

Wentworth Park Greyhounds Race 4 Box 6 What Ya Got 8.28pm

All the mail is for box 1 runner Camouflage Model, who has been flying around in her last two starts but her 500m record is ordinary and she doesn't always get out of the boxes. Big risk here from the red. I really like the chances of What Ya Got after her last two solid performances here. She was beaten both times, but she run near 30.00 dead each time and looks set to reproduce that here tonight. The only concern is box 6, but she does have enough early toe to cross them and if she does I expect her to win. Big chance and could be big overs.

Best of Luck
