Jack Primmer Appointed To GRNSW Board As TAB Clubs Rep
GRNSW have avdised that Jack Primmer was today appointed to the Board of Greyhound Racing NSW (GRNSW) as the nominee of TAB Clubs.
Mr. Primmer joins Bill Mangafas, Murray Nicol, Tom Green and Joyce Alamango on the newly appointed GRNSW Board.
The new Board will meet shortly with its first task being to select an independent chairman. Mr. Primmer's appointment comes after a ballot for the position was tied and the appointment was determined by the drawing of a lot that was conducted by the Office of Liquor, and Racing and supervised by the Internal Audit Bureau.
Mr. Primmer was first appointed TAB Clubs Representative on the Board of Greyhound Racing NSW in April 2005. Mr. Primmer has long had an active interest in all codes of racing, from breeding activities to racing.
Mr Primmer is also a Director of Greyhound Media Services Pty Ltd, which manages the broadcast and other commercial rights of the majority of NSW TAB Clubs, GRNSW having in 2007 developed a strategy for the NSW greyhound racing industry to better manage its broadcast rights and maximise value.
