MISTER Twister (Collision x Double Twist Jan ’15) added another feature win to his rap sheet when taking out Friday night’s Group 2 Black Top (515m) at The Gardens.

One of three runners in the final for leading local trainer Jason Mackay, Mister Twister was drawn awkwardly in box six but flew the lids, carving across to take up the top spot through the first turn.

Once on the bunny it was a case of times and margins, with Mister Twister stretching out to defeat Victorian greyhound Aqua Cheetah (Cosmic Rumble x Dalta Bale Jan ’14) by one length in a slick 29.44.

Ron Bell’s Lord Jack (Fabregas x Rumble Street Feb ’15) ran a massive race to fill the trifecta ahead of Riley Tokaam (Don’t Knocka Him x Skyela Tokaam Mar ’15) for Mackay which ran fourth.

Mister Twister is owned by the Tiger Seven Syndicate which is managed by Luke Murray and is now the winner of 18 races from 41 starts with an additional 15 minor placings.

Also amongst those wins are triumphs in the Group 1 Peter Mosman Classic and the Group 2 Richmond Riches, with his prize money now in excess of $310,000.
