Although not generally fast out of the boxes, he has plenty of natural ability and has a strong finishing burst.

Not Mum's Choice has had eight starts at the track and distance for three wins and two seconds. With luck from his inside Box 1 draw he should be right in the finish.

Junior Scooter for Janette Murphy has speed out of the boxes, but has drawn awkwardly in Box 6.

Junior Scooter has won four of his last seven race starts. If he is able to lead or race close to the lead he will be a genuine chance in the race.
