GRV Stewards Issue Warning To Michael Pell Over Kennel Conditions
GRV Stewards on 10 February 2009 conducted an Inquiry into all matters pertaining to the state of the kennels of Mr. Michael Pell of Bendigo, as communicated to him through a series of three kennel inspections conducted by GRV Stewards in 2008.
Stewards heard evidence from Mr. Michael Pell, GRV Steward Mr. B. Polson, two registered persons, and one other person. Mr. Pell also tendered two references in relation to the matter.
After hearing the evidence, Stewards reminded Mr. Michael Pell of his responsibilities as a licensed person in relation to GRV Local Rule 42.1 in that a person shall not keep a greyhound in circumstances which in the opinion of a Steward, is or may be detrimental to the greyhound.
