It’s a tie the AGRA’s Run of the Month for December 2011 has been awarded to joint winners Heston Bale & Noble Pedro after both greyhounds set new times standards at city venues on the same night December 17th. The night will go down in greyhound racing history as a rare occasion and a very rare occurrence. Never has two more important sprint records been set within a half hour of each other in two states.

While up in Sydney at Wentworth Park in the final of the Group 3 Xmas Gift Noble Pedro led from box six and gave none of his opposite a chance when he raced away down the back and in the home straight to record a super run of 29.43 for the 520 metres.
