2015 Group 2 WA Oaks – free greyhound tips and betting preview
THE Group 2 WA Oaks will be run at Cannington on Saturday night over 530-metres, offering $40,000 to winning connections.
The current favourite with online bookmaker WilliamHill.com.au is Victorian bitch Weblec Belle. Trained by Jeff Britton, the classy daughter of Dyna Tron and Snow Excuse has won 11 from 36 and was very impressive in her debut at the track last week, clocking 30.42 in taking out her heat.
Britton has two runners in the final, his other charge being the regally-bred West On Delly, currently $4 with William Hill.
A daughter of Brett Lee and West On Buebird, a sister to champion bitch Miata, West On Delly was another commanding heat winner, scoring by three lengths in 30.65. She will start from box eight in the final where she is one from one wearing the pink stretch vest.
SA bitch Real Flash also looks to be one of the main chances after winning in 30.41 last Saturday night. The Troy Murray-trained speedster has untapped potential, with just the nine starts including a scintillating 29.49 win at Angle Park to her name.
