Open affair to kick off the night but the well drawn Breaker Kahn should get us off to a good start, he is aiming for a hat trick of wins and his effort to win here from this draw last time out in 30.32 was very strong. Danyo's Luke is racing well of late but his box manners can let him down at times, if he happens to get away with them on terms he should run a big race. Just As Fancy is well placed in a wide draw and he powered to the line when winning here in 30.03 last week, if he gets through the first turn unscathed he should be right in the finish.
Top Four: 1 – 5 – 7 – 2
Suggested Bets:
Win bet on Breaker Kahn
Exacta: 1,5/1,2,5,7 ($6 for 100%)
Quinella: 1 to rove with 2,5,7 ($3 for 100%)

High Market made his SA debut here last Wednesday and he set the track alight with a brilliant 29.96 victory. On that occasion he had the red draw which was a big advantage but from the middle draw tonight there doesn't appear to be much speed around him so he should get every chance to lead throughout. Spring Tyson has the good draw and she has been in the money five of her past six, if she can get away cleanly she should hold a prominent position early and then prove hard to beat. Boojerooma is a class act and she is resuming from a short spell, if she is anywhere near peak fitness she should figure in the finish.
Top Four: 5 – 1 – 8 – 6
Suggested Bets:
Win bet on High Market
Exacta: 1,5/1,5,6,8 ($6 for 100%)
Quinella: 5 to rove with 1,6,8 ($3 for 100%)
Trifecta: 5/1,6,8/Field ($18 for 100%)
1st: $1,645 2nd: $470 3rd: $235.

Boonoona Boy has a great record here and his effort when placed here last time out was impressive. There doesn't appear to be a heap of speed in this event so he should be able to settle in the top four and that will help he regain some confidence and he should get a crack at them a lot earlier than normal. Kasai Warrior has been placed in six of his past eight and he is always running home well in his races, he will need some room in early stages as he likes to run wide but if he gets it he will run a big race. Jetta Kahn looks the likely leader and she was never headed in her solid 30.41 win here recently.
Top Four: 2 – 1 – 5 – 6
Suggested Bets:
Win bet on Boonoona Boy
Trifecta: 2/1,5,6/Field ($18 for 100%)
Exacta: 1,2,5/1,2,5,6 ($9 for 100%)
Quinella: 2 to rove with 1,5,6 ($3 for 100%)
1st: $3,095 2nd: $880 3rd: $440.

Stew's Mistake appeared to tire in the run home last week but he has now had two runs over 500m since returning from a spell and he should be ready to show his best. He tends to begin a lot better and muster speed faster when he is drawn out wide and he should also be suited by the smaller field tonight. Wiregrass is all class and she has won nine of 23 here, with an empty draw on her outside she should be afforded a clear run early and I can't see her missing a place. Mr. Punting is in career best form and he has been running good times in his recent races, if he gets away and settles in the top two he should be there at the business end.
Top Four: 8 – 5 – 7 – 2
Suggested Bets:
Win bet on Stew's Mistake
Quinella: 8 to rove with 2,5,7 ($3 for 100%)
Exacta: 5,8/2,5,7,8 ($6 for 100%)
Trifecta: 5,8/5,8/Field ($8 for 100%)
1st: $2,150 2nd: $610 3rd: $305.

Cash In Looper showed a return to form at Gawler when he scored in a blistering 22.44 and on that occasion he had to overcome a couple of checks early. Tonight he has two wide runners drawn on his outside so he should get plenty of room to muster speed and if he finds the bunny early he will be running some serious time. Set The Scene has a massive engine but he can make a few mistakes in his races, if he avoids bother at the first bend he should be charging home at the end and making a bid for victory. Power Merc has the speed to lead and she may run a cheeky race at odds, whilst Sheza Diva is never far away over this journey.
Top Four: 5 – 7 – 3 – 8
Suggested Bets:
Win bet on Cash In Looper
Exacta: 5,7/3,5,7,8 ($6 for 100%)
Trifecta: 5/3,7,8/Field ($18 for 100%)
Quinella: 5 to rove with 3,7,8 ($3 for 100%)
Trifecta: 5,7/5,7/Field ($12 for 100%)
1st: $2,835 2nd: $910 3rd: $455.

Spring Amanda is a reliable beginner and she has been racing in great form over this trip in recent weeks. She is likely to lead them up again and I can see them bunching up behind her so she should be able to build up a nice lead mid race. Manila Express has the good draw and she was a strong 43.43 winner here to runs back, she can't afford to give the leader too big of a head start but if she happens to land within four or five lengths early she will prove hard to hold out. Zara Mclaren finally broke through last week and she shouldn't be too far away again with some luck in running.
Top Four: 7 – 1 – 3 – 6
Suggested Bets:
Win bet on Spring Amanda
Exacta: 1,7/1,3,6,7 ($9 for 100%)
Quinella: 7 to rove with 1,3,6 ($3 for 100%)
Trifecta: 7/1,3,6/Field ($18 for 100%)
1st: $2,150 2nd: $610 3rd: $305.

Fancy Rick has won three of his past four and he appears drawn to get the cash again. He is a reliable beginner and with his blistering early and mid race pace he should be able to set up a nice lead, his last 30m isn't great but I think he should have enough in the tank to hold on. Allen Illem rarely runs a bad race here and he will be steaming home late, he appears well placed near the rail and he may be able settle a little closer to the speed than normal. Premier Event is a bit hit or miss early but if he gets away he should run a bottler of a race, he has broken the 30 second barrier here previously and he is a classy type when switched on.
Top Four: 1 – 2 – 5 – 4
Suggested Bets:
Win bet on Fancy Rick
Exacta: 1,2/1,2,4,5 ($6 for 100%)
Boxed Quinella: 1,2,4,5 ($6 for 100%)
Trifecta: 1/2,4,5/Field ($18 for 100%)

Galilee Spirit has been pinging the lids in recent weeks and he looked super impressive when scoring here last week in a sizzling 29.70, if he can repeat that effort he should pounce on the lead and win with ease. Wild Soul always manages to put himself in the right position and he always seems to make an impact, he was a tad unlucky here last week and if Galilee Spirit happens to make a mistake early he should be there to capitalise. Emerley Senorita is ideally placed in the pink draw and she has speed to burn. She has been posting some fast wins here in recent weeks and if she crosses she will be in the mix at the end.
Top Four: 5 – 6 – 8 – 3
Suggested Bets:
Trifecta: 5/3,6,8/Field ($18 for 100%)
Exacta: 5,6/3,5,6,8 ($6 for 100%)
Quinella: 5 to rove with 3,6,8 ($3 for 100%)
1st: $1,645 2nd: $470 3rd: $235.

Madam Crash has her favourite draw and she should get a nice cart across in the early stages from Young Gun Mcbain. She normally steps fairly but she does possess a nice turn of foot and she will stay wide as they head into the first bend so she should avoid any bother. Young Gun Mcbain has been placed in seven of his past eight and he should be around the money again. Velocity Saphire looks well placed in the red and she is racing in good style, she doesn't have the class of the two mentioned previously but she can show early speed and she may run a cheeky race. Gold Cluster rounds out the chances, her run last week when finishing fourth wasn't too bad and she should be value in this event.
Top Four: 8 – 7 – 1 – 4
Suggested Bets:
Win bet on Madam Crash
Trifecta: 7,8/7,8/Field ($12 for 100%)
Quinella: 8 to rove with 1,4,7 ($3 for 100%)
Exacta: 1,7,8/1,4,7,8 ($6 for 100%)
1st: $1,645 2nd: $470 3rd: $235.

Spare Wheel is much better than his recent form reads and he may be able to regain some confidence from the red. He normally moves right at box rise but he does possess early speed so that should allow him to push through and hold them out into the first turn. All Silver has a solid 30.28 PB here and she can ping the lids in her races, she is a much better chaser on the bunny but if she can settle top three she should be there at the end. Deadly Caper can be hard to follow at times but he does possess a fair bit of talent, if he can get through the first turn without too much trouble he should run a big race.
Top Four: 1 – 3 – 5 – 4
Suggested Bets:
Win bet on Spare Wheel
Exacta: 1,3,5/1,3,4,5 ($6 for 100%)
Trifecta: 1/3,4,5/Field ($18 for 100%)
Quinella: 1 to rove with 3,4,5 ($3 for 100%)

Bogie Classic is well placed in the pink draw tonight and she is due for a change in luck. She normally steps well and she has a great turn of speed, with a clear run into the first bend she should have enough speed to cross and she did record here sizzling 29.86 PB here from this draw. Red Line Lad has had no luck at all of late and he has turned in some big performances, he is likely to settle back in the field but if he gets out into some open galloping room he should run a big race. Kalden Playboy is dropping back in distance and he will be well supported. He has been placed in three of four over this trip and he should be around the money again.
Top Four: 8 – 6 – 4 – 5
Suggested Bets:
Win bet on Bogie Classic
Exacta: 6,8/4,5,6,8 ($6 for 100%)
Quinella: 8 to rove with 4,5,6 ($3 for 100%)
Trifecta: 4,6,8/4,5,6,8/1,3,4,5,6,8 ($36 for 100%)
1st: $2,150 2nd: $610 3rd: $305.

Bogie Yates has the perfect draw and with the wide running Absolute Boss on his outside he should get all the breaks as they head into the first bend. He has been showing a lot more strength in the run to the line of late, so if he holds them out he should get the cash. Absolute Boss will move off the track early but he should still have the speed to settle in the top two early, I dont think he will be strong enough to win but he should be good enough to hold on for the quinella spot. Velocity Daff is rarely far away in these types of races and if she steps cleanly she should be around the money again, whilst Zac Bale rounds out the chances. He scored a strong 30.15 win here recently and a similar effort tonight would see him figure prominently.
Top Four: 1 – 2 – 5 – 4
Suggested Bets:
Win bet on Bogie Yates
Quinella: 1 to rove with 2,4,5 ($3 for 100%)
Trifecta: 1/2,4,5/Field ($18 for 100%)
Trifecta: 1,2/1,2/Field ($12 for 100%)
