THURSDAY always proves to be one of the better nights of racing around the country and tonight is sure to be no exception.
In addition to metropolitan meetings in Queensland, Victoria and South Australia we can also look forward to the Listed Superstayers at Albion Park, which features a four dog field competing for a $25,900 winner's cheque.
The short priced favourite in that event is Dzeko which is currently $1.36 with William Hill and looks hard to stop after winning last week's Group 1 Gold Cup final over the track and distance.

Race 10: Main Story at $1.75 with William Hill
Main Story is a reliable beginner and he has been racing in great form in recent weeks. From the inside draw he should be able to roll to the early lead and he is a hard chaser to get past when he is on the lure. There are a couple of strong types in this event, however there is very limited early speed and that should play into his favour.

Race 1: Daphne's Party
She has been racing in consistent form on the provincial circuit of late and she deserves a shot in town. With a wide runner drawn directly on her outside she should be afforded a clear passage in the early stages and that should allow her to find the top very early. The last 30-metres is a slight concern but at the $4 mark with William Hill that is great value and she is worth an investment.

Race 7: Danyo's Dabby
Danyo's Dabby can be hard to follow at times but he tends to race very well when drawn out wide and with a clean getaway he could burn them off in the early stages. He should be around the $10 mark with William Hill and that is great odds considering that he is just as talented as any other runner in this event.

Race 6: 3 to rove with 4,5,6 ($3 for 100%)
Whata Nice Size has been racing in very consistent form of late and he is blessed with explosive early speed. He should find the top early and a top two finish is on the cards.
Blue Scorpion has the speed to match him and he shouldn't be too far away at the finish.
This Time Reba and Knave are both strong chasers and they should be running home into some minor money.
