A GREAT day on the punt for us yesterday as we managed to land four winners from five selections including a dog which opened at $7.50 with some of our leading online bookmakers.
We are hoping to keep the ball rolling today and have once again studied the form for a variety of race tracks around the country.

Geelong R1 No.1 Mepunga Bella: Could not have been more impressive on debut when clocking an airborne 22.35 over the 400m trip. Moves to the inside so will need to get out well, but if she gets a clear run it is hard to see anything matching it with her.
Richmond R6 No.4 Starza Light: Quality staying bitch which is lining up for her fourth run back from a spell tonight. She is suited much better here than at her most recent outings at Wentworth Park and she should get her chance to have a good crack at them. This is a drop in class and while the box doesn't suit she should be able to find a nice spot early and she will be powering home at the finish. Will be better over more ground in a few weeks but looks the dog to beat here and anything over $2.30 would be a good price.
The Meadows R7 No.2 Hit The Highway: Bounced back to his best with a fast 34.29 win over the T/D last start. Was drawn in box one on that occasion and has come up with box two tonight which is suitable. He should get a clear run early with Oronsay (1) expected to lead and is he can lob straight behind her he is likely to be too strong in the closing stages.
