What a great days fishing I had yesterday – a few coldies and a few muddies. Unfortunately no fish but plenty of fun otherwise.
I hope our followers took the tip on Borgy Rose Hi, he paid wonderfully in Qld $5.80. I was unable up watch the race as I was fishing, but I figured if I was unable to watch it you guys might as well cop the good tip. I hpe you won plenty.
Yesterday's Results: Borgy Rose Hi – Winner $5.80, The Albion Quaddie went down, with raging hot favourite Regal Lauryn being beat, Pops Max – Unplaced, Supercell – Unplaced.
The Meadows Greyhounds, Race 4 Box 2. Bagget Bale, 8.20pm. Vic time
The staying event for the night and the son of Go Wild Teddy and super producer Princess Bale looks as if he can win this. He's not the most strongest of stayers, and does find the trip on his limit. But he has great speed and really runs the first 600 at high pace. Expect him to possie up 3rd or 4th, and start working into the race mid way through. He's a talented chaser who finds the 500 to short and needs plenty of luck in running over the 600, and the 725 is just that bit too far. Nevertheless, he meets a field here he can beat in this. Kiltanon Skye, appears to be the smokey, and his past couple of runs have been quite sound. Keep him safe in the small field from the inside.
Wentworth Park Greyhounds, Race 6 Box 1 Magic Fancy, 9.07pm Nsw time
The badly out of form Magic Fancy can win this for mine. He's a very moody very hard to catch dog, and I think his racing pattern is sure to improve with maturity. Box 1 won't be ideal as he prefers to be drawn off the track, but he can begin and if he manages to jump and hold out the runners on his outside he will put his foot down and race away. He should be good odds and if he can step here watch out. We will know our fate at boxrise. Win only.
Cannington Greyhounds, Race 9 Box 1, Until Then 9.32 W.A time
The very quick Until Then is the winner here. She has a flying PB and can certainly win this. The only danger is the very strong runner Freeway Ace. Until Then can show great pace and she will need to show every bit of it here. Expect her to fly and and keep rolling. She went well last start when winning after just managing to hold them out around the first turn. She will have no such trouble here and needs to bring her A game to win. Freeway Ace will come with a barnstorming finish and he too can win if Until Then makes a mistake.
