Greyhound Tips For Wednesday 20th March 2013
Hopefully, you guys forgot to check our betting tips yesterday! If you did you managed to save yourself some money. We had a total blackout yesterday with only our Victorian selections winning; and even then we got first and second around the wrong way with Warm It Up beating Freemont Street.
We’re not going to give up though, and in this game there is always another day; so lets have another go.
Albion Park Greyhounds, Race 8 Box 2, Custom Idea 4.57 pm Qld time
Finally this super little bitch showed us what she can do last week, when she flew out, crossed over, and raced right away to win by a big margin of 8 lengths. And posted a very fast 22.85 in the process. It was confidence, I believe, that stopped her winning in the past at Albion Park. Now she has won one here, I expect her to go on with it now. She meets a slightly harder field this time, but she still looks very hard to beat. She only needs to begin, and cross Mighty Bonus, and she will once again race away with this. She will start favourite, but she should justify her short quote.
Angle Park Greyhounds, Race 1 Box 7 Victa Brooke 1.27 pm Vic Time
Heat 1 of the Breeders Prelude, and unfortunately I can’t find a great deal of value here today but I believe I’ve found a winner. There’s plenty of them, but I like this girl the best. Victa Brooke is a super little bitch, and she has already stamped her authority. But I expect this girl to go on and become one of the states best chasers as she matures and develops. She’s not yet two and has run some great times and is very consistent. Box 7 will be of no concern, and she should jump straight to the front here. If she finds the front expect her to be too good for these. She won’t be able to make any mistakes though, as there is a couple of really quick chasers also engaged, with quicker PB’s. she should lead from go to whoa.
The Gardens Race 6 Box 1 Miss Usain 8.48 pm NSW time
I’m going with what will probably be the second favourite here. Miss Usain has run a couple of nice races, and she appears as if the extra distance will suit. It’s her first attempt over the longer trip, so whatever she does tonight expect her to improve on next time around. Pepper Khan is the dog to beat, but I’m in no way a fan of this dog. She’s very moody and has concentration issues. Miss Usain will relish the inside box and should either lead, or possie up in behind Pepper Khan. Either way I much prefer her over Pepper Khan. Miss Usain to win.
Ballarat Greyhounds, Race 10 Box 6 Don’s Miss, 9.58 pm Vic time
The super bitch Don’s Miss gets into this veterans race in flying form. She disposed of a city class field last Thursday night so a veterans race will be no problem. She has fantastic early toe and should easily lead this field. All of the runners are veterans but we can’t label her that just yet. She’s flying and has been beating much younger faster dogs then the field she meets here. Plain and simple, she just has to win.
Cannington Greyhounds, Race 6 Box 2 Super Earner 8.07 pm W.A time
Super fast Super Earner should easily dispose of this field. He will start favourite and should win. He gets a little bit back in his races but he should be miles to good here. His earnings are nearly at $40,000 and that’s much more that all of these. He only needs a a clear passage throughout to flog this lot.
Warrnambool, Greyhound Race 9 Box 1 Eumeralla Whirl, 9.28 pm Vic time
This bloke has drawn the right box to win this race. It’s a tough race and a poor field but from the red he certainly gets his chance. With his best jump he should lead and if he does, I can’t see them getting past him. He may be nice odds and a great Each Way bet.
Well we have hopefully picked a few winners for you guys today; most are going to be short but the more you put on the more you get back!! Hopefully we can get back on track and continue to select plenty of winners.
A few of you might remember a dog I kept tipping called Cambrian Rock, at Angle Park. He had been knocking on the door for many weeks but continually found 1 better or made silly mistakes. I decided to call it quits and overlooked this bloke after his last poor run. Well unfortunately he did manage to win one. Winning Monday night at Angle Park in a fast 30.10 and knocking off the short priced favourite. He paid fantastic; $11 odd. Hopefully 1 of you kept backing him because I certainly didn’t!!
Best of luck
