Hump day treat – Greyhound racing’s best multi bet July 22, 2015.
It HAS been a rough week on the punt, but Australian Racing Greyhound is confident we can bounce back today with a three leg multi offering terrific value for greyhound racing punters.
Our multi runs across three states, commencing at Ballarat in Victoria, and has the combined odds of $6.10 with Sportsbet.
Leg 1 – Ballarat – Race 7: Frattini To Win $1.85
Frattini has been a little costly since coming to Victoria but there is no doubting that she has immense talent and from the red draw tonight she should be able to get the job done. Three starts back she did impress when posting a slick 30.92 win here and if she can reproduce that type of effort she will prove very hard to reel in. The current price of $1.85 appears to be a nice price as I'm expecting her to firm into $1.70 or shorter come jump time.
Leg 2 – Wentworth Park – Race 8: No Donuts To Win $1.80
No Donuts is an enormous talent and he appears well placed to return to the winners list. Last time out he was average to begin but he worked home nicely and went down narrowly to the in form Ryley Sams. I'm expecting him to step a little better tonight and he should have the speed to hold them out. Opus Forte has his favourite draw and he is the clear and obvious danger but, if the red can hold the lead, it should be a matter of times and margins.
Leg 3 – Ipswich – Race 9: Super Luigi To Place $1.83
Super Luigi really caught my eye last time out when he was smartly placed over this trip. On that occasion he was good to begin and he then showed a great turn of foot mid race and he was able to dash past a very smart chaser. If he can step well again he should put himself into contention at the first bend and a top three finish is on the cards.
