Leg 1 – Angle Park – Race 1: Tremalor To Win $1.70
Tremalor is a class act when on song and her last victory came from the red draw. She isn't the best of beginners but she does muster speed at a rate of knots and with a fast beginner and wide runner drawn on her outside, she should be afforded all the breaks in the run to the first corner. She should find the lead as they head for the back and I would expect her to be running around the 29.80 mark on the lure and that should see her prove too strong.
Leg 2 – Shepparton – Race 9: Proper Bluey To Place $1.73
Proper Bluey is drawn to get the gun run and he has been racing in very good form of late. Two starts back he was very good to begin and he was never headed when posting a handy 25.71 victory here, on that occasion he was able to beat a very smart field on their merits. This race is actually a drop back in class for him, so it might be worthwhile having something on him to win separately at the $4.80 mark.
Leg 3 – Traralgon – Race 8: Burekup Boy To Win $2.20
Burekup Boy has been racing in much stronger company of late and although he is better suited to a wider draw, he should have the speed to hold them out at the first bend. He hasn't won for a little while but he has shown in the past that he can run record very quick sectionals when on the lure and he should get every chance to show his best in this event.
