Farmor Eye Am was well supported on debut and she gave a great sight. Unfortunately for punters she got a little tired in the run home and couldn't hold on. She should have derived a lot of benefit from that run and I would expect her to hit the line a lot better tonight, she is in good hands and should strip a lot fitter.

Zipping Ryan was super impressive when posting a speedy 29.76 heat win and the turn of foot he showed off the back was eye catching. The Box draw doesn't suit again but he overcame that difficulty in his heat and there is no reason why he can't again.

Eyes Adorable has a heap of early speed and she is getting close to a win. Her last 40m or so isn't great but she appears to be getting a little stronger and she should give a bold showing.

Tobias Kelton could be the big improver from the heats, he was very slow to begin last week but he worked home nicely and wasn't beaten that far in the fastest heat time.

Some quality youngsters look set to do battle and I've given the nod to the exciting Dawkins Bale. He is unbeaten in his two starts to date and his latest win at The Meadows was eye catching. On that occasion he was fair to begin but he then showed a great turn of foot before stopping the timer in a very slick 30.09, with a wide runner drawn on his outside tonight he should get every chance to repeat that performance.

Walt Bale potentially is going to be the fastest dog to come out of this race, however he is still learning to race and he will need a few things to go his way early. His box manners have made things difficult for him thus far but if he can fix those he should be a major player tonight and in good races to come.

Jamiela Twist has a dazzling 29.39 PB here and if she can step on terms she will prove extremely hard to hold out, I would prefer her drawn nearer the inside but she is too good to dismiss.

Spring Grace is the likely leader in the event and she was narrowly beaten here two runs back, she followed that effort up with a speedy 30.20 Meadows win. The Meadows victory shows that she is much stronger now and she may prove hard to reel in.

Another good race and I've decided to go with the early speed of West On Delly. After a few solid efforts here she travelled to the Meadows and recorded two impressive all the way wins and both were in very good times. The key to her is that she has a tremendous turn of foot and she has slow beginners on either side so she should be afforded a very clear run in the early stages.

Deadly Clear is a freakish talent and if he is given a clear run he will take a power of beating, he has a breathtaking 29.12 PB here and all he needs is a little room in the first 50m.

Aces And Angels has won three of four over this trip and he is drawn to be in a prominent position throughout, he isn't overly strong but if he holds out West On Delly he should finish in the top two.

Allmendinger is the interesting runner, before coming to Victoria he had set the tracks alight in NSW with his 29.69 Wentworth Park win his most notable victory. If he could regain that type of form he will run a massive race at nice odds.

Tough race but I think the likely leader Miss Society can get the job done. She has a solid record here over this journey and her effort here last week when placed behind Nockabout Aussie over 515m suggests that she is at the peak of her form. This is clearly much weaker than last week's event and if she can find the bunny early she will give a great sight.

Classy Boy is blessed with tremendous talent but he doesn't always show his best. The middle pin isn't a big disadvantage because he is likely to drop out early. His mid race pace is his biggest asset and if he can get the gaps to open up at the right time he will prove extremely hard to hold out.

Morningside, like Miss Society should appreciate the drop in class, she has been taking on some classy chasers of late and she deserves to open up her account here. She has been placed in seven of 14 over this journey and with a wide runner drawn on her outside she should be afforded a clear run early.

Darbain Dasher is a great place bet, his effort last week was enormous. He doesn't win very often but he is never far away in this class.

10DYNAMIC PUNCH [5]Res.4743629.74(4)R Tartaglia (Newcomb)

Jewel Action didn't have a lot of luck in her Sandown Park debut and I'm expecting her to show a lot more improvement tonight. She normally steps well and musters speed at a great rate, she didn't get a chance to last time out. If you go back through her form she has scored quite a few wins at Wentworth Park in 29.80 or faster. She has slow beginners on either side so there should be no reason as to why she can't lead throughout tonight.

Ralphy Cinel is better known over the 595m journey but he has enough natural speed to be highly competitive over this journey. He has been knocked over soon after box rise in his past two starts so if he can get some room in the first 50m tonight he should show a lot of improvement.

Waymore Blues has loads of talent but he can be a little hard to follow at times, his box manners aren't great and he tends to find a lot of trouble, if he gains some luck in running he should run a big race.

Cornelius Fudge is the run on dog in the event, he loves racing over this track and trip and last week he was finishing strongly when placed behind the promising Jayney Bale.

Open race but last week Lamia Bale finally broke through and I think she can now go back to back. In recent weeks she had turned in some monster performances behind some all star chasers and if she can reproduce her 5.07 to the first marker from last week she will prove very hard to hold out.

Dyna Nihilist probably has the most natural ability of all the finalists but he can do a lot of things wrong in his races, he is likely to settle back in the field but he will be charging home and he must be included in your exotic bets.

All Strung Out has a great turn of speed after 40m and from the pink draw he should get a fairly clear passage as they head into the first bend. He won the from this draw and he is one of the most consistent chasers currently in training.

Jayney Bale should follow Lamia Bale across in the early stages and she keeps going from strength to strength, this is her toughest test but she should be up to the challenge.

Eliza Blanche appears to have the potential to become a great stayer and she looks well placed over the 595m journey. Three starts back she posted a sizzling 34.19 Meadows win and on that occasion she came out of box six, so if she can reproduce that effort she should be able to cross and she will be running time on the lure.

Sonic Pirate could be the value, he has been placed in six of eight here and he has the speed to settle in the top two early, he hasn't won for a while but he is never far away and he should run a very cheeky race.

Smart Maxwell has a sizzling 34.17 PB here and from the rails draw he should settle in a prominent position early. He has been racing well and if the favourite finds bother he should be there to capitalise.

Flying Twist rounds out the chances, she is well drawn out wide and she was narrowly beaten over this trip last week.

Joey Valdez looks well placed in the pink and his effort when placed here two runs back was eye catching. He can be a little hit or miss early but he does have the ability to win races by leading or coming from off the speed. He should get a nice cart across early and I think he looks a good bet tonight.

Peloton Bale looks to be the obvious danger, he is much better than his recent form reads and he should appreciate the big drop in class from his most recent racing. He should settle mid field but he has great track sense and he should be able to work his way through the field and in to a threatening position as they turn for home.

Polly Bale hasn't raced with much luck in recent weeks and she should be an improver. If she can step cleanly she should settle in the top three early and she will hit the line solid enough.

Vapour Lee can be very inconsistent but when he shows his best he is able to show devastating speed. Two starts back he set the track alight here with a sizzling 29.33 victory and if he can get away on terms with the field he should be able to lead from go to whoa. There is a bit of speed in this event but he does have the pace to hold them out.

Pud is another up and coming star and she looked impressive when winning her heat at Cranbourne in a zippy 30.14. She is having her first look here but I'm sure connections would have trialled her here previously.

He's Bonza isn't a real winning chance but he is a great place prospect, he will likely settle well back in the field but he hits the line hard and he can grab some minor money.

Dark Jameson hit the line a lot better at Cranbourne last time and he shouldn't be too far away, if he can clear the wide running Mendes early he should run a big race.

Kicking Rocks has been firing of late and if he gets through the first turn unscathed he should put a space in them. Two starts back he showed tremendous mid race speed before posting a sizzling 30.08 Cranbourne win. He is actually well placed in the wide draw as he has a keen railer drawn directly underneath and a wide runner on his outside.

Gorham Bale is a wide runner but the rail draw shouldn't be too much of a disadvantage, if he can step cleanly he should be able to hold his position early and he will be strong in the run to the line.

Babylon Club is much better than his recent form reads and he should run a very cheeky race. If he goes around at silly odds he could be the value bet.

Crusade Marjen has a great record here and if he can reproduce his blistering 29.28 PB run he will prove hard to hold out. He can be a little hit or miss early but he does muster speed quickly and he will bullock his way through at the first bend.

Her Highness should have the speed to lead and it did take Wind Whistler a long time to pick her up here last week. If she can cross and build up a nice lead mid race, she should be able to hold on.

Special Supreme recently won the maiden final here and the 29.52 time he posted in the final was very impressive, a similar effort tonight would see him figure prominently.

Sandown Park Race 12 – 5th Grade – 515 metres – 10:58pm (VIC time)

Thunderlips has been smartly placed in his past four starts and he is due for a change of luck, he is normally a very reliable beginner and he should have enough speed to cross them early. His PB of 29.82 is just solid but he is a much faster chaser this time around and I expect him to go a little below 29.60.

Money Come Back is very strong and he has a great record here, he regained some confidence with a smart 19.54 Healesville win and that will have sharpened him up nicely.

Dyna Keitaro is another with a good record here and he has the ability to ping the lids, if he can settle in the top two he should be able to put some heat on Thunderlips off the back straight.

Top Four: 8 – 2 – 4 – 5
