Dusty Moonshine is an exciting staying prospect and in all three of her wins over this journey she has broken the 42 second barrier. With an empty draw underneath she should get a clear run in the initial stages and assume control as they pass the post the first time.

Hougenie is a classy QLD stayer and she turned in a top performance when placed at Albion Park over 600m last time. Last time she raced here she got a little tired in the run home, I would expect her to improve on a lot on that run. Reverberate comes here with strong WA form and she has a great record from wide draws. If she avoids early bother and handles the track at her first look she should be a major player.

Remote Control has a great record here and with two strong placings here in his past two runs he should be able to go one better. He can miss the kick at times but he does have a tremendous turn of foot when he hits the ground, with slow beginners on either side he should get every chance to drive through early.

Recruitment has the good draw and a heap of ability, however he was very disappointing at Dapto last time and I think he is a lay at the short odds tonight. Cawbourne Power doesn't win here very often but he is more than capable when on song, if he happens to settle near the lead he will prove extremely hard to hold out. Coolabah Jet rounds out the winning hopes, she has been placed in five of her past six over this journey and she is armed with smart early speed.

Zipping Weston is going to start a short priced favourite but he is graded and drawn to win. He has been luckless in his most recent efforts and from the red draw he should begin a lot better and I can see him leading from go to whoa. He has a dazzling 29.62 PB over this trip and the next best runner in this event probably can't get within eight lengths of that type of run.

Shilling Flex looks well placed in the pink and if she can reproduce his 30.55 performance she should fill the quinella spot. She is normally a very reliable beginner and she should put pressure on the favourite for the first 300 or so meters. Kurmond Goddess has been placed in three of her five runs here and she should be in the minor money again. Hilda's Boy is the interesting runner, he has scored some brilliant provincial wins in his career but he has struggled when he comes to town.

Flaming Frenzy was back to her brilliant best with a sizzling 29.79 win here last week and from the good draw she should go back to back. After a clean getaway she mustered pace quickly and posted a 5.43 to the first mark, that type of effort should see her get across and lead at the first turn. This is a pretty strong race but after three runs from a spell she should be at peak fitness now.

Tautology set the track alight here two starts back with a 29.68 win and he should be thereabouts again. He can be hit or miss at box rise but if he gets away on terms he will be right in contention. Are Jip has the class edge and is easily the most talented runner, my only concern is that he likes to get wide and he will need a few things to go his way in the first 50m from box two. Fantastic Sid is an exciting prospect and he rounds out the winning hopes. He has won two of three here and he is armed with smart early speed.

Allen Deed is racing in blistering form and he is drawn to be a major player. Last start he powered to the line after finding early bother to post a top 30.03 Meadows win and at the moment he would chase through a brick wall, he is going to need a little luck as they head into the first bend but if he gets it, keep your eye on the clock.

Cawbourne Whip has a breathtaking 29.38 PB here and she has recently been scorching the sand at Canberra, she normally gets away quickly and she should be a major player throughout. Shoulders is another chaser in rare form but he looks poorly drawn in the seven, he will need to ping the lids to have any chance.

Silent Effective is an absolute freak and with a clear passage in the first 50m he should put a space in them. Two starts ago he came from near last to score and he still managed to post a breathtaking 29.60, from the wide draw I can see him settling in the top three early and it will be interesting to see what time he records.

Stilton Blue should set the pace and he is likely to give a great sight, he was a tad disappointing when run down at Dapto last time but I would expect him to improve on that run. Ollie Bale could cause an upset, he beat the in form Allen Deed at The Meadows two runs back in 29.89 and he can ping the lids at times. Lani Banarni can be hard to follow but she has won five of seven here and she can run time on the bunny.

Ritza Hattie turned in a massive performance at Dapto last time when narrowly beaten by Tommy Brislane and with a clean getaway tonight she should return to the winners list. She has won here previously in a ridiculous 29.47 and she should be able to match motors with Queen Esther in the first 60 or so meters.

Give Your Credit has the good draw and he might be able to punch through and lead, he did win his only try here in 29.94 and with the benefit of having seen the track he should be able to go much quicker this time around. Rue De Kahn has a great record here and she can ping the lids, I'm a bit concerned that she won't be able to cross the red early but if she does she becomes a major player. Queen Esther is all class but she tends to race better from a rails draw, place claims look best for her from the seven box.

Chica Destacada returns to her favourite track and she should ping the lids and win. Her two most recent wins here have been in 29.60 and on both occasions she went sub 5.40 to the first marker. If she can reproduce a similar early section tonight that should be enough for her to cross Tommy Brislane in the first 50m.

Tommy Brislane is a very reliable beginner and he has won seven of eleven here. He recently beat a top class line-up at Dapto in 29.82 and he should match motors with Chica Destacada for most of the trip. Evil Punk is always a chance in these types of races and if he can get some luck in the first 50m he should be right in the mix. Zipping Tank is the run on dog in the race and he must be included in your exotic bets.

Gradence has been chewing up a lot of funds in recent times but I'm going to get sucked in again. He is well drawn out wide and this looks to be a very winnable race. He will get back early but all the front runners struggle to run out the trip and he should pick them off up the home straight.

Ritza Raider has a slick 29.79 PB over this trip and with slow beginners drawn either side he should get a fairly clear run in the early stages. Take It All is ideally drawn in the pink and he looked impressive when he powered home to score here in 30.06 three runs back. Another Call should set a cracking pace and if there is some shuffling behind him he may just steal the prize. Avondale Charm has a heap of talent but she has been very disappointing in her most recent runs.

Miss Sueko is much better than her recent form reads and if she can get away cleanly she should prove too classy for these. She has posted a blistering 29.67 here previously and with a slow beginner drawn underneath she should get every chance to repeat that effort.

Can Of is a tremendous talent and he had no luck when resuming from a spell at Maitland, if he can gain a clear passage in the first 50m he should make Miss Sueko work very hard for victory. All Strung Out is a classy Victorian and although he is yet to win here in five runs, he has been placed in two Group Race finals here. Zipping Bruno is the only other winning hope, he can be hit or miss early but if he gets away he should run a big race.
