Mandurah Cup final box draw favours veteran greyhound Max Profit
Veteran chaser Max Profit has been gifted his best chance to win a Group 3 Mandurah Cup by drawing box eight in the final.
The Corey White trained greyhound led all the way in his heat of the feature race series from box five in 27.58, and moves out to wear the pink rug in the final where he has won five of eight career starts with a further two placings.
Fastest qualifier Leisel Monelli ran 27.38 from box one but now has to contend with box six in the final.
The WA dominant Chris Halse and Linda Britton kennel will start three dogs in the final after Desert Rampage led all the way in 27.52, and Quids In and Chips And Trains both qualified running second.
