Dance & Keys Train Gosford Doubles

Two trainers scored winning doubles at Gosford last Tuesday night. Somersby trainer Bill Dance scored with Black Zac owned by his wife Cathy & Hayley Boo for owner William Lister, whilst Dapto trainer Margaret Keys scored with Tiggerlong Patch & Tiggerlong Petal both owned by Michael Finn from Wagga.

Black Zac trailed the early leader Freckle Bear to the home turn before finishing slightly the better to score by a head in 30.50 for the 515m trip, whilst Hayley Boo also chased the speed early before recording a 2½ lens victory in 30.60secs.

After being second away Tiggerlong Patch dropped to third through the pen before making a run down the back to mow down the Speedy Hot Beyonce in scoring by 3¾ lens in a B.O.N 30.30secs. Coriakin Star ran on well to grab second with Hot Beyonce hanging on for third.

Tiggerlong Petal trailed the flying Houdini Lad early (10.70 to the first mark) before finishing very fast out in the centre of the track to win by 2¼ lens in 23.28 also a B.O.N performance.

The Margaret Greer trained Watta Share it back to back Gosford wins when she took out the 4/5th grade Final, taking her record to 3 wins from only 4 starts.

Ron’s Collision owned & trained at Wyee by Noel Doolan was rewarded for his recent consistent form when he scored by 2¾ lens in 23.42, whilst Bamalicious trained & part owned by Millissa Marsh at Coal Point scored a well deserved maiden win at start number twenty five.
