David Landa Appointed As NSW Greyhound Racing Integrity Auditor
Greyhound Racing NSW (GRNSW) today announced the appointment of David Landa OAM to the position of Greyhound Racing Integrity Auditor.
Landa replaces John Costigan and will oversee all aspects of drug testing and control, stewards and registration and provide an independent office to investigate and resolve complaints relating to the primary regulatory functions exercised by GRNSW in its role as the sports controlling body.
Admitted to the Bar in 1958 and appointed solicitor to the Supreme Court of New South Wales four years later, Landa has practised the law for over five decades.
Landa has also served as the NSW Ombudsman, Chief Magistrate and was awarded an OAM for his service to the law and the community in 2008.
