After scoring first up from South Australia, on Tuesday August 5 Chanel’s Jet proved the run was no fluke when she scored again on Tuesday night. After trailing the speedy Teddy Flynn to the home turn Chanel’s Jet proved too strong in the run home to score by a length in a time of 23.55. One surprising thing about the win was the price, and no doubt connections were smiling after the win.
The Pullman family from Greta had litter mates drawn together in race three and they duly quinelled the race when Madison Tokaam came from well back early to run down her brother Dlyan Tolaam in the shadows of the post in a time of 30.44 over the 515m.
Risky’s Run continued Mark Sattler’s winning run when he took out the 400m maiden at only his second race start. After leading and being run down over 515m last week, Mark dropped him back to the 400m trip with very happy results.
The Jason MacKay trained Snozz having his first start at Gosford, scored a strong win in the 515m FFA and will now line up in the NSW heats of the National Sprint Title.
Wild Debree trained by John Harris made it two wins in the space of four days when she took out race nine on the night. Having won at The Gardens on Saturday Wild Debree took her record to three wins and eight minors from just sixteen starts.
Other greyhounds to impress on the night, were What About Harry who recorded 35.49 sec’s when leading throughout over the 600m trip and Camden Court who posted an all the way win over 515m in 30.55 sec’s having his first Gosford start.
