Temora started its 11 race programme in very heavy conditions. Before Race 1 there was a minutes silence for long time racing member, Kevin Fortington who passed away this morning.

The Maiden, after a good jump by all saw the lead change several times with running home the best to win for Billy Richards of Wagga Wagga with My Oh My second and third in18.41.

The Max Derrick 457 Maiden saw Frida Bale jump the boxes and hung on to win for Sean Bannerman in 26.79 with Pink Slip running home well for second and third was St. Clarence.

Tia Lee bolted in the Ellis Breust Painting Maiden. Tia Lee is trained by Linda Hillsley of Rossmore. Local dog, Grogan Boy came in second and Walkabout Chanel, third in a good 18.25. The winner was also the Jackpot dog.

Race 4, The Harmer Painting Stakes saw Gold Bonds lead with Alibond and Hal's Angel in hot pursuit. On the bend, a mix up occurred in the rain which allowed Foggart's Walk through to win in 26.71 for of Elrington. Lady Misha Lee and Gold Bonds filled the places.

Dreamline Boy took out the Nice Products 4th Grade for Daryl Breust of Temora from early leader Clovalley Chi. Third was Princess Jet with the time stopping at 18.29.

The Ag-N-Vet Stakes went to Wally Thunder who led all the way for Brian Honey of Wagga Wagga with local, Calleen Whisper trying hard for second and Typhoon Shoes third in 26.63.

Chris Glascott's Miss Joe gave nothing a chance winning in 18.24 with and After Shock filling the places.

The Crutcher's Supa IGA 570 saw a good field with the lead changing several times. In the run home any could have won but in a photo finish it went to Barrylex who is owned and trained by of Barmedman in 34.36 with Jack A Hearts second and third in was Crane Crew.

The 457 saw lead all the way for Lyn White of Ardlethan with Pearl Lane and She Won't Panick filling the places in 26.35. The winner also picks up a bonus as a Blue Paws dog.

Race 10, the Cornford's Hardware Stakes went to Yvonne Carter trained Maestro from Victoria with running well for second and Annie Brooker third in a good 18.12.

The last was run in the sun with Youtar Tiger winning for Geoff Curtail of Cowra in 26.76. Miss Enforcer and filled the places.

Temora race again next week over all distances with 311m Maiden Heats on and a Golden Oldies over 311m also.
