NSW GBOTA Pleased To Announce Resumption Of Appin Greyhound Trialling

The is pleased to announce following works to the return system, driving tower and electrical upgrade, will recommence trialing from this Saturday, January 29, 2011 at 7.30am.

Following the receipt of an independent occupational health and safety report, Directors of the NSW transferred meetings scheduled for December 2010 to to allow for action on lure return system, driving tower and electrical system.

NSW GBOTA Chairman, , thanked Association Directors Brett Lazzarini and Joe Bertinato and Management for their immediate attention to the situation and quick and thorough resolution which has allowed Appin to resume trialing on schedule.

“We have worked closely with and the support of that organization has also been appreciated,” Mr Rose said.

Appin Way is scheduled to resume racing on Saturday February 19, 2011 with nominations closing Wednesday prior at 10am.

The trialing schedule for the track will change to Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings 7.30 – 9.30am, with the first session to be held this Saturday, January 29, 2011.
