Breaking swiftly from box two, Zipping Kai’s early speed gave her an edge over Ethanol Volume, who started from box one, with West Star joining the frontrunners from box seven.
The highly anticipated Raider’s Guide faced interference from Buddy Monelli at the second turn, allowing the lead trio to pull ahead.
As the race intensified, Ethanol Volume overtook West Star and mounted a final challenge against Zipping Kai around the last bend. However, the resilient Zack Monelli-sired greyhound maintained her pace, securing her maiden win at the elite level and a $75,000 prize, pushing her career earnings past the $100,000 mark.
Dailly’s night was further highlighted by the quinella finish, a fitting conclusion to an exceptional race for the kennel.
