The Nation’s Best Bitches Ready For Group 1 Classic

’s best female greyhounds will step out at Sandown Park this Thursday night for the heats of the $72,500 1 Crown Classic.

, who has won two Group 1 races in her last two starts – including the Group 1 Topgun at the Meadows on Saturday night – headlines seven stellar heats whose runners have combined to win 552 races and over $2.6 million in prizemoney.

The Macro Meats Crown Classic has evolved to become one of the true highlights of the Australian greyhound racing calendar, boasting Australian Greyhound Racing Hall of Fame members Bogie Leigh and Paua To Burn, as well as winner Betty’s Angel on its honour roll.

The boxdraw for the Group 2 Macro Meats Crown Classic will be conducted trackside following the last race on Thursday 29 November and will be available soon after. The $50,000 to-the-winner final will be run on Thursday 5 November.
