Swan To Steele is travelling much better than his name sake and if he reproduces his 30.15 winning effort from last week he should be able to get the job done again. Last week he showed a great turn of foot soon after box rise and he appeared to be very strong in the run to the line, provided he avoids early bother tonight he should make light work of this lot.
Greysynd Turbo is an improving type and he hasn't experienced a lot of luck in his brief career to date. He is going to need some luck in the early stages but if he gets it you will see him make an impact. Penguin Zeus led throughout in his 30.78 heat win and he must be included in your exotic bets, whilst Lektra Crash is in good hands and he is likely to show improvement on his debut run.
Top Four: 6 – 2 – 7 – 8
Suggested Bets:
Win bet on Swan To Steele

Left Is Right is a member of an in form kennel and he really caught the eye when scoring an all the way 30.24 heat win last week when on debut. He showed a great turn of foot soon after box rise and from there on he looked never in doubt. None of his opponents went close to his 5.12 early last week so he should get a cheap lead again and it should be a matter of times and margins.
Emrys was placed in good time in his heat and he was fairly well supported on debut. The awkward draw makes things difficult but with some luck in the first 50m he should be able to make an impact. Fleetwood Storm was very short on the tote when on debut and he was knocked from pillar to post, he is a kennelmate to the favourite and I would expect him to show improvement tonight.
Top Four: 2 – 6 – 5 – 3

Aston Pearson is a member of the powerful McDonald kennel and she looked super impressive when scoring here last week in 30.25. On that occasion she pinged the lids and posted a very smart 5.09 to the first marker, a similar effort tonight would see her lead again and it's hard to see her being reeled in.
Overlimit Again is a full brother to the exciting Scheme and he should improve on his luckless debut effort. He has drawn poorly tonight but I would expect him to show a little more dash and he should find himself in a much more prominent position early. Lonesome Jozza won his heat from the same draw last week in 30.47 and he should be in the mix again, whilst Proven Bolt has been runner up in eight of his ten starts to date and he was narrowly beaten in the fastest heat time last week.
Top Four: 2 – 6 – 4 – 1
Suggested Bets:
Trifecta: 2/1,4,6/Field ($18 for 100%)
Trifecta: 2,4,6/1,2,4,6/1,2,4,6,7,8 ($36 for 100%)
Exacta: 2,6/1,2,4,6 ($6 for 100%)

I'm going for a bit of value in this event, Burra Bing has been well supported in his two starts to date and he hasn't experienced a great deal of luck. He is cared for by astute trainer Daryl Holmes and in his two starts he has showed signs that he does have a lot of ability, he is likely to start double figure odds tonight and I believe that is going to be over the odds.
Adam Handler has recorded three impressive placings in his three runs to date and with a clean get away tonight he should be a major player again. His effort at Cranbourne two runs back has been his best to date and a similar effort tonight would see him almost take the prize. Secret Spell was impressive on debut and she is expected to start a short priced favourite. Her 5.21 first section from last week has me a little concerned that she may find some early bother.
Top Four: 4 – 3 – 2 – 1
Suggested Bets:
Win bets on Burra Bing and Adam Handler
Boxed Quinella: 1,2,3,4 ($6 for 100%)

Young Hawke is making the step up in distance and he looks perfectly placed in the pink draw. He normally takes a couple of strides to get going but from the pink he should get plenty of room in the early stages and he should assume control as they pass the post the first time around. The last 50m may be a bit of a concern but I would expect him to build up a big lead mid race.
Mepunga Tiara should be sharpened up by her 525m effort here last time and she will be ready to fire now that she steps up to a more suitable trip. Her box manners can sometimes bring her unstuck but I would expect her to settle somewhere near the early lead. Dyna Glinda showed great pace when placed here two runs back and she should give a great sight again. With the two 600m efforts under her belt she should be able to run the trip out a lot better.
Top Four: 8 – 2 – 7 – 3
Suggested Bets:
Win bet on Young Hawke
Trifecta: 2,7,8/2,7,8/1,2,3,5,7,8 ($24 for 100%)

Reckless Brown has been racing in super form of late and he loves racing over this track and trip. He is normally a very reliable beginner and if he can reproduce his all the way winning effort here three runs back then he will prove very hard to hold out.
Frank Furter is another reliable beginner and he returned to form with a smart 30.14 win here last week and in the process he beat the highly exciting Wind Whistler, my only concern tonight is that he may struggle to get across in the early stages and he tends to race best when on the bunny. Allen Gizmo could be the value in the race, he is suitably drawn out wide and he recently beat a quality line-up at Ballarat in 25.40.
Top Four: 3 – 5 – 8 – 2
Suggested Bets:
Win bet on Reckless Brown
Quinella: 3 to rove with 2,5,8 ($3 for 100%)

Spring Leaf has been a little costly of late but I'm willing to give her one more chance, she has been placed in her past four starts and from her wide draw she should swoop to the lead as they go through the first turn. In her most recent efforts she has had to come from off the speed and she has shown that she can handle the extra journey, so I think that if she can find the bunny early she will be able to run some time.
Lou Todd has the good draw and he is more than capable on his night, he is another who races better on the bunny and from the red he should get every chance to settle in the top two. Heaps Of Ability is well named and if he can get to the outside without too much trouble then he should be right in the mix, whilst Reen's Fabian is always a chance in these types of races.
Top Four: 6 – 1 – 3 – 4
Suggested Bets:
Win bet on Spring Leaf

Cracking line-up and now that he is back in form I think Campaspe Will can go back to back. Last week he began a lot better and he was able to settle in the top two early and from there on he was going to prove impossible to hold out. Tonight he has a fast beginner and keen railer drawn underneath so he should be afforded a similar run early to last week.
Crackerjack Dak did a good job representing Victoria in last week's sprint championship and he should take a power of beating when he returns to his favourite track. Ollie Bale has been airborne of late and if he gets away cleanly he should run a monster race, whilst Where's The Surf has been luckless in his past few and he should show some improvement tonight.
Top four: 8 – 5 – 3 – 4
Suggested Bets:
Win bet on Campaspe Will

Dyna Geldof was far from disgraced when making his middle distance debut at Sandown Park last week. On that occasion he led for most of the trip and it took an in form star to reel him in. From the red tonight he should get a cheap lead again and he should be able to run the trip out a little better.
Greywinds Butch could be the value bet of the night, he is highly talented on his night and he is drawn to get a perfect sit in the early stages. He has won here previously in a slick 34.42 and he may go around at big over's in this. Sign Of Snow has been racing in great form and he should settle in the top three early, whilst Coulta Rock recently caught the eye with a powerful all the way win at Horsham in 32.57.
Top Four: 1 – 2 – 3 – 5
Suggested Bets:
Win bets on Dyna Geldof and Greywinds Butch
Boxed Quinella: 1,2,3,5 ($6 for 100%)

Yakamov Bale has won two of his past three in brilliant style and he looks poised to get the cash again. He has shown smart early speed in both of those wins and I can see him easily crossing to the lead in the early stages. He has a great record over this track and if you can get $4 or better that is a great price.
Mepunga Ranger is an explosive talent and he only needs a clear run in the first 50m to make his presence felt. The draw is against him again tonight but if he can find the rail in the early stages he will make a big move mid race. Dyna Yenite is another who races well here and he looms as another danger based on his top 26.00 Warragul win last time, he must lead to win this but he should be able to match motors with Yakamov Bale for most of the journey.
Top Four: 5 – 3 – 4 – 6
Suggested Bets:
Win bets on Yakamov Bale and Dyna Yenite
Boxed Quinella: 3,4,5,6 ($6 for 100%)

Whodat Knockin' is racing in spectacular style and with an ounce of luck early he should continue on his winning way. Last week at Warragul he pinged the lids and set the track alight with a blistering 25.73 win, there isn't a whole lot of early speed drawn either side and he really does look to be a moral tonight.
Especially is drawn to lead for a long way and her last start 29.55 Sandown Park win was mighty impressive. I still don't believe she can run this trip out enough but she will have set up a nice lead mid race and that should be enough for her to hold onto the quinella spot. Starc is a highly promising stayer in the making and he has been placed behind gun speedster Nockabout Aussie in his past two runs here, he is going to get back early but he should run home into a place.
Top Four: 3 – 1 – 2 – 6
Suggested Bets:
Trifecta: 3/1,2,6/Field ($18 for 100%)
Trifecta: 1,2,3/1,2,3/1,2,3,5,6,8 ($24 for 100%)
Exacta: 1,2,3/1,2,3,6 ($9 for 100%)
Quinella: 3 to rove with 1,2,6 ($3 for 100%)
Race 12 – 525M Grade 5 – 11:00PM
Lektra Lethal turned in a big performance when placed here last week and from a more suitable draw out wide he should be able to go one better tonight. He has been placed in three of six here and he has been racing in very strong company of late.
Bremer was far from disgraced when placed behind the exciting Dewana Result at Warragul last week and he has scored some slick wins at Cranbourne in his brief career to date. Lonesome Pirate has shown a return to form in recent weeks and he should be a major player from the suitable rails draw, whilst Veloway is more than capable on his night and he only needs a clear run in the first 50m to make an impact.
Top Four: 8 – 4 – 1 – 6
Suggested Bets:
Win bet on Lektra Lethal
Boxed Quinella: 1,4,6,8 ($6 for 100%)
