Meadows greyhound tips 4/11/24: Hume Cup Heats & Silver Bullet Final
Tonight’s greyhound racing meeting at The Meadows, in Victoria, Australia, is set to kick off on Monday, November 4, 2024 at 6:52 PM AEDT
The event will consist of a total of 12 races, including the heats of the Group 1 Hume Cup and the Group 3 Silver Bullet Final.
The last race is expected to wrap up around 10:33 PM.
The anticipated race of the evening is the 2024 Group 3 Silver Bullet over 525 metres, scheduled as Race 8. This feature race offers a prizemoney pool of $37‚250 up for grabs. The winner of the Group 3 Silver Bullet will be rewarded with a $25,000 cash prize.
In addition to the Group 3 Silver Bullet, The Meadows will host five heats of the Group 1 Hume Cup over 600 metres. Each heat offers a total prizemoney pool of $10,375. The winning greyhound in each heat will claim the first prize of $7,000. Greyhounds will need to either win, or be in the three fastest second placed greyhounds to make Saturday’s rich Group 1 final on Topgun night.
