2015 Group Two Warragul Cup heat tips & betting preview
WHILE most eyes will be focused on Wentworth Park this Saturday for the running of the Group One Paws of Thunder, there will also be plenty of action at Warragul with the heats of the Group Two Warragul Cup.
Run over 460 metres, the Warragul Cup was first run in 1956 when won by Rocketeer. Since that time it has grown to become one of the most competitive country cups in Victoria.
Six heats will be run of the 2015 series with each winner and the two fastest seconds professing through to the final on January 23.
