Dapto greyhound racing tips & quaddie | Thursday, April 11
If it is a Thursday night in NSW, then it is time for the Dapto Dogs to take centre stage. This week's 12-race program will have a little bit of something for everyone, from maidens to masters to middle-distance racing, but the highlight will be the 297m fifth-grade final. As always, Australian Racing Greyhound will try to find you a winner or two.
Race 6: Spiral Flame (1)
Spiral Flame blotted his Dapto copybook last week when he just could not get a run at the first turn, but he still battled away well for third. He won both his previous starts from inside boxes in under 30 seconds, and if he can get back to that form, he should go close again. Spiral Flame has two wins and a third from his four runs here, and box one should see him home.

Race 7: Appin Way (1)
On his first look at Dapto, Appin Way drew awkwardly in the heats and produced a best-of-night 16.87 to win it by five lengths. He now moves into the best box over the Dapto 297m trip, provided he can begin well. While the final is a step up in class, if he begins like he did last week and runs a similar time, Appin Way will win this final.

Race 9: Shima Bridie (7)
Shima Bridie deserves a change of luck after a string of placings both here and at Richmond. She does not win out of turn, but neither do any of these. She has a ton of early pace and goes well from an outside box, and if the online bookmakers give us a similar price to her last few starts, she will represent tremendous value.
