Dapto Dogs will host a 12-race program this Thursday night, with the first race to begin at 6:58pm local time. The headline act is the final of the fifth-grade series from last week’s heats. Australian Racing Greyhound will be there and will try to find you a few winners.
Race 9: Anxious Lass (7)
Anxious Lass has only ever raced at this track and over this distance, and she is amassing a nice picket fence with four wins in a row. While she is awkwardly drawn out in box seven, she has the only other fourth-grade greyhound in this race, Batgirl, drawn outside her. If she begins like she has been, Anxious Lass has the speed to race to the front and continue her winning ways.

Trunkey Shearer has only had three career starts for a win and two seconds, but the way he destroyed a maiden field in the best time of the night here last week suggests he might go right on with it. That win was from box one, and he draws well again in box two with a slow beginner under him. If he shows any improvement from his first race at Dapto, then he should be winning this comfortably.

Zipping Chumley should have enough early pace to hold a good position and maybe even lead, and at big odds with online bookmakers, he might give you a massive show for your dough.
