I'm expecting Kalden Balerion to start at short odds but I think Stop Scrammin' might be able to get the cash at good odds. I'm expecting Caramel Flirt to lead them up early and from box three Stop Scrammin' should be able to drive through into a nice spot just behind the leader and he should then prove too strong in the run home. Kalden Balerion is an enormous talent and he is racing in great form, my concern with him is that he has been bombing the start of late and he will need to do everything right early. Caramel Flirt will lead for a long way and she had solid 520m Lismore form prior to coming to SA.

Wise Chief has been very costly and disappointing in recent times but this is one of the weakest events he has contested for quite a while now and he should get every chance to score tonight. With two wide runners drawn on his outer he should get a clear run in the early stages and if he can settle in the top three he should prove far too strong in the run to the line. Bogie Yates is drawn to punch through and lead and his past two efforts here have been pretty handy. Infinite Power is the smokey in the event, she can ping the lids and if she happens to cross early she may give them something to catch at odds.
