8SEE HIM FIRST7168NBT

See Him First has been a little inconsistent since coming across from Victoria but over the longer journey today he should be able to blaze across and get a cheap lead. He is a different chaser when he can lead and dictate the terms and this event is pretty weak, so I'm expecting him to build up a nice lead mid-race and score.

Oran Bale has a great record here over the 515m journey and she gives every indication that this journey will suit. She likes to get wide in her races so the draw is a little concern, however the smaller field should play into her .

Master Bekim is another the indication that this journey will suit and he finally returned to the winners list with a strong 30.32 win here last Thursday, he will get back early on but he should be able to run home into some minor money.

Top Four: 8 – 2 – 1 – 4

Kolora Chelsea is an extremely reliable beginner and she posted impressive sectionals when scoring at last time in 22.76 where she beat a very promising chaser. There is very little speed in this event so I'm expecting her to roll to the early lead and if she does she will prove very hard to reel in. She has struggled in her three runs here but on those occasions she was unable to get an easy lead, today she should have no trouble finding the front.

Dante's Spirit is well drawn out wide and he should settle just behind the four in the early stages. He has won three of his past six starts here and he has posted some handy times, he does his best racing when he can lead but he appears strong enough to put pressure on the front runner in the run to the line.

Spangher comes here with strong Mount Gambier form and he could be the value with William Hill, he is a little hit or miss early but if he balances up in the top three he should be there at the end.

Yarramundi Milla scored a strong 30.45 win here last week and she must be respected again, she will get too far back to score but she is a must for your exotic bets.
