It's very hard to look past the highly promising Weblec Belle after she posted a brilliant 29.71 debut win here last week. After beginning well she showed a great turn of foot before going on to score a commanding victory by a whopping 12 lengths. There is a fair bit of speed drawn around her tonight but if she can step on terms with them she should have more than enough speed to cross and lead.

Mendes could be the value in the race, she has had no luck at all in her three starts to date and I think with two slow beginners drawn on her outside, she may just get a few things go her way tonight. She has been well supported in all three of her runs to date and her past two performances have been quite big. Esparza is a member of the strong Ennis kennel and she hit the line strongly when placed on debut here, she should be much better for that run and she may be worth a ticket if she goes around at silly odds. Sonic Dash rounds out the winning hopes, he made up for two luckless runs with an all the way 29.96 heat win.

Maximum Lil was never out of trouble last time and she should make some improvement tonight. Prior to her last run she had posted three impressive efforts over this journey here and at . I'm expecting her to begin a lot better tonight and if she does she should have no trouble crossing to the early lead and from there on she will prove very hard to reel in.

See Him First has the class edge and with a clean get away he should run a big race, however he can bomb the start at times and his record from the red isn't overly impressive. Penance Allen posted a brilliant 34.35 win here in August and she has been placed in her only four tries over this distance, like the red she can be slow to begin but she is capable of working her way through a field. Rockin' Josie could be the smokey in the event, she has a good record over this trip and three starts ago she dropped back to the 515m journey and recorded a slick 29.47 win here.

Conquer Fear can be very hard to follow at times but he showed in his recent 30.30 win that he is an extremely fast chaser when given room in the early stages. Tonight he has a very slow beginner drawn underneath and that should allow him to find the rail in the early stages and get a nice sit behind the early leaders, he is very strong in the run home and he should assume control as they pass the back straight.

Voight has won two of three tries from this draw and he is drawn to hold the early lead. Last week he led for a long way but fell in a hole in the closing stages, he should be much better for that run and I would expect him to kick on for a little longer this week. Thoughtful Wish loves racing here and she hit the line hard when narrowly beaten here last week, I think she may get a little too far back early but she must be included in your exotic bets. Juan Diego will be well fancied but I think he is a risk from the pink box in his first try here.

Dyna Perseus is extremely costly but he is far too good to dismiss. He has been desperately unlucky in his past three starts but prior to that he set the track alight at with a blistering 32.41 win. You will know your fate in the first 30 metres of this race, if he pings the lids he becomes a moral and will gap them but if he misses away you are going to have your heart in your mouth for most of the trip.

Mystic Twist has been placed in her only two tries over this journey and she is drawn to lead for a long way. It's worth ignoring her past two starts with one of them being over the unsuitable 715m journey and in her latest run she was knocked over soon after box rise. Roy Galo has his box and if he can get away with them on terms he may just dash across to the early lead, I think he is a doubt to run out the trip but if he crosses he should give a great sight. Velocemente must be respected, he should be suited by the rise in distance and he may be able to settle much closer to the speed tonight.

Heaps Of Ability is a well named chaser and if he is he should get the cash here. Being drawn in the middle isn't too bad, he will be looking to get wide in the early stages and with some slow beginners drawn on his outer he should get a fairly clear passage. He has a blistering 41.69 PB here and I think if you can land $5 or better that is good shopping.

Lady Toy broke through here last week with a strong 42.19 win and she should be in the mix again. She is likely to start a short priced favourite tonight and I think that is massive unders, she is obviously a winning chance but it's hard to take short odds about a runner who at some point will be in last place. Allen Wake was a handy 42.44 winner here two runs back and he should make a strong move mid race. Banjo Blitz has shown some promise as a stayer of late and although he has been unplaced in his three tries here, it is worth maybe giving him one more chance.

Peloton Bale overcame a few difficulties to score here last week in 29.69 and with some luck in the early stages tonight he should be able to go back to back. Prior to winning from the pink last time, his best racing had been done from inside draws, with the red expected to lead tonight he should be able to get a clear passage initially and he should run over the top in the final stages.

Crowdza Captive showed a return to form when placed here last week and from the red she should lead for a long way again. She has a great record here and she could be value in this event. Whodat Knockin' is in rare form at present and I he reproduces his 25.73 winning effort at Warragul he will take a power of beating. From the middle pin he is going to need a lot of luck early but he is going well and can never be discounted. Woodnear is armed with early speed and if he can cross early he will run a cheeky race at odds, I dont think he is good enough to win but he can hold onto a place.

Oscura is an enormous talent and his recent effort to score here in 34.47 was massive. Once again he hasn't drawn too well but with three weeks off he should be fresh and ready to ping the lids. This is one of the weakest races he has contested for a while and with an ounce of luck early he should make light work of this lot.

Alotta Luck has the good draw and she should be able to punch through and settle in the top two early. Three starts ago she posted an impressive 600m placing and outside of Oscura this race isn't strong. Dynamic Punch has been racing without any sort of luck recently and he should be suited to this journey. He can miss the kick at times but he is armed with brilliant mid race pace and he only needs a few gaps to open to make an impact. Supersonic Hawk has a solid record here and although he is out of form, he must be included in your exotic bets. He is well drawn out wide and is rarely far away in this type of company.

Mepunga Moss has been pretty poor in her past two starts but she returns to her favourite track tonight and she exits a draw in which she has won on three occasions. There isn't a whole lot of speed drawn on her outside and with an even get away she should have more than enough speed to fire through and lead.

Jewel Bale was a slick 30.16 Cranbourne winner three runs back and a similar effort tonight would see her be a major player. She is very hit or miss early but she does have a sizzling 29.32 PB here and she only requires a clear run in the first 50m to be able to make an impact. Cornelius Fudge is the run on dog in the event, he resumed from a short spell with a strong 450m placing and he will be much better suited to this journey. Humphrey Bale must also be respected in this event, he can show early speed in his races and he has a great record here.

Gimme Fuel steps back up to the middle distance journey and he looks well graded in this event. In recent weeks he has been taking on the state's best chasers and he has been highly competitive having won here three starts back in a sizzling 29.46. He should have enough speed to cross from his wide draw and if he finds the early lead he should prove too classy and speedy.

Hession Boots drops back to a more suitable trip tonight and prior to his last start defeat he had been racing in super consistent form. He can be slow to begin at times but he should be able to settle just off the speed and he will be very strong in the run to the line. Kayo Marciarno has the good draw but he is likely to drop out to last early, however he rarely runs a bad race here and he is a must for your exotic bets. Lou Todd is the interesting runner, he has enough speed to lead here and he is capable of running very slick sectionals when on the bunny.

Duchess Bale is a gun chaser when on song and if she pings the lids she should get the cash. She is normally a very reliable beginner and there isn't a lot of speed drawn around her, so if she can step cleanly she should get a fairly clear passage in the early stages. She is yet to win here in eight tries, but she has been placed in four of those runs. There are a couple of handy ones in this event so you might be able to get $4 or better tonight.

Texas Titan was very unlucky at last week and if he can settle a little closer to the speed tonight he should be right in the finish. He has a great record here and after three runs from a spell he should be ready to fire. Musquin Bale has been a little disappointing of late but he is too good to dismiss, he has a slow beginner underneath but there is a fair bit of speed drawn on his outside, so that is a bit of a concern. Where's The Surf should be well supported and he will be looking to improve on his luckless efforts of late.

Lektra Hawk appears to have returned to his best form with a strong win and placing at in recent weeks and from the suitable wide draw he should prove very hard to hold out. His box manners in his past two runs have been a lot better and with a clean getaway tonight he should be able to get somewhere near his sizzling 29.50 PB here.

Pedro's Runaway has been racing well on the country circuit and he should have sufficient speed to carve across to the early lead. His last 50m isn't the strongest but if there is some shuffling up behind him in the early stages he may just steal the prize. Strange Wish loves racing here and he has won three of six from this draw, three starts ago he posted a 5.04 to the first marker here and a repeat of that effort should see him be in contention for a long way. Dyna Fulcrum is a must for your exotic bets, he musters speed quickly in his races and he is rarely far away in this type of company.

Viral Bale has a heap of talent and from the good draw he should be able to return to the winners list. In recent efforts he has been missing the kick and getting knocked over soon after box rise. From the pink draw he should get plenty of room to muster speed and he should find himself settling in the top three early. He has scored some very quick wins in his brief career and I think untouched he can go around the 29.50 mark here.

Dyna Zod scored a strong 29.76 win here recently and he too has a great turn of foot soon after box rise. The draw doesn't help tonight but he is racing well and with some luck in running he should feature. Praise Chorus looks the likely leader and if he reproduces his 25.92 winning effort from Warragul he should be in the mix as they turn for home, he tends to struggle in the last 30m over this journey but he appears to be getting stronger. Batmandu rounds out the winning hopes, he resumes from a short spell and he should be ready to fire first up.

Top Four: 8 – 7 – 5 – 6
