Miss Claude has not missed a place in her last eight starts with the last five of those all here at Cannington over the 275m distance. Has started 5 times from box 6 for a win and three placings and has two greyhounds drawn to her outside who don't have the same early toe. Gets every chance today and better boxed than the other main chances.

Lochinvar Klein has only had two starts in the past five months and has obviously had some issues, but on prior form is a class above these. Pinged the lids at the most recent start at Dubbo before just struggling to get clear of the field and getting galloped on. Best form has been from inside draws, but if he pings here over the 307m from the eight that should be enough to get away the race.
