Wentworth Park Saturday tips & best odds | October 28, 2023
We have 11 races lined up for a super Saturday night of greyhound chasing at Wentworth Park. The highlights are undoubtedly the finals of the two series for the dogs and the bitches, along with the maiden final. Read on to see ARG’s Wentworth Park betting tips for October 28.
Race 1: Canya Love Me (5)
This girl was in another class the way she won her heat for this maiden series. She ran 10 lengths quicker than the other heat and showed tremendous pace, racing across from box eight to win easily. On her sectional times, she would be compared favourably to dogs that raced in the Million Dollar Chase series, and that should be good enough for Canya Love Me to win this comfortably.

Race 6: Nangar Lucy (6)
Nagar Lucy showed tremendous determination to keep driving through the pack to lead in her heat for this 520m fifth-grade event, and the race was all over once she did. While she is awkwardly drawn out in box six, having not placed in her only run with the green rug, she did run very straight until reaching the first turn last week. If she does the same in this race, she will get the room she needs early to wind up, as her main rival, Isle Of Rose, heads towards the rails early.

Race 2: Catastrophize (4)
After winning here in good style from box eight two starts ago, this blue boy made one small mistake in the straight at Bulli which cost him back-to-back wins. He has only had the one look here for that win, so he should improve again on that run. He has only had box four once, but he won that race. He has a few more seasoned fifth-graders drawn outside of him, but if he can hold them out to the first turn, Catastrophize will run a huge race at handy odds.
